I had a great experience working with Will and his team throughout my first home purchase. Buying a home for the first time can be overwhelming, but I always felt like they had my best interests in mind and were committed to helping me and my family achieve homeownership. The only area where I think there is room for improvement is in communicating deadlines and the exact documentation needed throughout the process. As a first-time homebuyer, there were a few situations where I wasn’t aware of certain money or documentation deadlines that may have seemed obvious to more experienced buyers. A little more detailed guidance and clearer expectations along the way would have made the process even smoother. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Will and his team. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication made all the difference, and I’m grateful for everything they did to help me secure my first home. Thank you for helping make this milestone possible for my family!

Will, Hannah, and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible. I’ve worked with many lenders over the years but they greatly exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful making the mortgage incredibly easy from start to finish. Their communication was superb with all parties especially the Buyers.
