Drew is an amazing person, helped me through every step of the way, taught me everything I should know since this was my first time buying a home and everything felt so intimidating and overwhelming. Glad I had Drew there to guide me through as he made things simple and straightforward. Also, the process once we went under contract was seamless. The way everything was streamlined and the consistent communication cant say enough good things about Drew!!!

Responds quickly, is always on standby and ready to help or answer questions whenever needed. Very open and explains everything so it is easy to understand, especially as a first time home buyer. After running into some trouble, Drew and his team at VIP mortgage worked all weekend to help us and find any way possible to get us what we needed quickly without costing us more. Highly recommend.

This is our second VA mortgage that Drew Dodds has secured for us. His expertise is invaluable. Drew tailored our loan perfectly as our loan particulars were quite unique. I don’t know of any other loan broker that could had done what he did for us. We wouldn’t have been able to have purchased the home that Dew and his team acquired for us if it wasn’t for them. There are so many nuances required in applying for a VA home loan, especially when piggybacking on an existing VA loan. We had no idea that was possible. Nevertheless, Drew was able to do that for us. While doing so, he held our hand each step of the way. Drew makes you feel so comfortable as you proceed through the mortgage process. We wouldn’t consider any other loan team but VIP mortgage. It’s too bad that this review is only limited to 5 stars. Thank you, Drew!
