The loan part of buying my dream house was the smoothest and least stressful because of Dan and his team. From the very beginning I felt like a priority and they answered all my questions to where it was all so easy to understand. Dan really goes above and beyond for his clients, after hours, weekends, you name it, and I would highly, highly recommend him. I was even gifted a lender temporary rate buydown which was superb for my situation. I was able to hold my own escrow, which was also a great situation for me. I felt very confident that I was getting into the best situation possible buying a house with the best knowledge of when to lock the rate, which is not easy as a single person, self-employed and moving states without experience in any of this and all thanks to Dan and his team. I was even ready to close in a couple weeks they were so on it. I will without a doubt be refinancing with them in the future and while I never want to move again and love my house so much, I would absolutely not think twice about using this company again.
