Dave was highly recommended and followed through on his high recommendations. We went under contract for a place that did not end up working out and we were in constant communication. Many phone calls happened late at night or on the weekends. He always made time to discuss any changes or confusions on my end. When we first started the home buying process, we had no idea what we were doing and he was very informative and transparent. For the house we eventually bought, he worked on an accelerated timeline and got it done. On closing day, he was kind enough to attend the closing and go through any final questions we had.
