I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and have been a member of the V.I.P. team for the past 2 ½ years.  I started my career as a customer service rep in the mortgage lending dept. for a Bank in Buffalo, NY.  I moved to Arizona in 1986 and began processing mortgage loan applications, eventually advancing to the underwriting department where I have found my niche.

My husband and I enjoy taking day rides on his Harley Davidson, and exploring our beautiful state whenever possible.  We have a small dog named Gracie, and I have in the past, owned horses, which are my passion.

I am an active member of the Landscape Committee in my subdivision for the past 10 years where we oversee the landscape maintenance of the 24 acre property.

I enjoy working at V.I.P. Mortgage where I have been reunited with many friends I have worked with at prior companies and have met even more new friends since joining the team.  The spirit of cooperation is demonstrated daily as everyone is always ready to assist one another when needed.  I especially enjoy assisting in training of loan processors and other staff.  It is a true pleasure to work for a company where everyone works together so well and take great pride in providing our customers with excellent service. 
 

Born and raised in Colorado, I joined the Marines and served in Desert Storm. After my honorable discharge, I moved to Arizona, which is where I began the biggest adventure of my life: mortgages.

I am the Satellite office manager for Casa Grande Location. I am involved in various First Time Home Buyer seminars throughout the state and Realtor Trainings. I have helped over 500 families with their home financing needs.

I began my career as a Loan Processor about 8 years ago, first working as the sole processor for a mortgage broker. In 2008, I moved over to the banker side where I was consistently rated a top performer and landed at my new home here at V.I.P. Mortgage in 2009. It is my responsibility to work with your mortgage banker to ensure that your file moves through the loan process with the utmost efficiency and ease.

I am the very proud mother of 4 children (ranging in age from 8 to 16) who keep me very busy outside of work. You can usually find me at one of their football, basketball or baseball games as either a team mom or fan. My children and I also enjoy going to church and to the movies.

I believe in treating people as I would like people to treat me, so I work hard to ensure everyone is happy and informed.

 After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, I took a couple of months off to start my family.  In December of 2009, I began working as an Accounting Administrator for VIP Mortgage.      
  
I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my husband, Charles, and our son, Nolan, who definitely keeps us on our toes.  We like to travel when we can and see our families as much as possible.

The customer service philosophy of the Accounting and Human Resources Department is tailored to fit the needs of our customers - the VIP employees.  We feel that the less time employees spend worrying about our end, the more time they have to dedicate to their jobs.  We strive to help our customers in a prompt yet meticulous manner, so that they can commit more time to helping their own customers.

I started working in the mortgage industry in May-1998 as a receptionist for a corporate office called National Pacific Mortgage in Anaheim, CA. In 2004 I moved to Mesa, AZ. with my son and husband. I was very fortunate to be able to transfer to a branch in Phoenix as a mortgage loan processor. The company later sold to GMAC mortgage and then again to Homecoming Financial. The company closed Dec. 2006. I worked for multiple mortgage companies after that including VIP Mortgage.

With all of my experience and customer service experience I promote a positive attitude in the work place and try to encourage those around me to make the job less stressful.

Blessed with a loving husband and two beautiful kids Devin 11 and Bella 5 I drive an hour to and from work. I make this sacrifice because I believe in what V.I.P. promotes as a company and find the processing system to be the best I’ve worked in. Having only been here for 8 months I look forward to many years to come as part of the VIP family. 
 

My strong values and ethics are rooted deep inside of me, coming from a small town in Colorado and being the youngest of 10 siblings growing up. After graduating from Colorado State University with a business and restaurant management degree, I found myself in Arizona doing mortgages. For 11 years now, I’ve watched this challenging business evolve and still find joy in getting a client into a home. The smiles, excitement – it never gets old to me.

My background in the mortgage industry began as a real estate appraiser in the mid 90’s.  I had the opportunity to work alongside my father and eventually had my own appraisal company for four years.   I later moved into underwriting and secondary marketing with a Subprime lender in 2001.  I joined VIP Mortgage, Inc. in June of 2010 as their warehouse manager and enjoy working for such a great company.
 
As a Washington State native there was a definite adjustment period when I first moved to Arizona, but once I survived my first summer, I grew to love and appreciate all the outdoor activities here which include golf, tennis and spring training.  I enjoy going to all the great sporting events here, however I will always be a Seahawk fan at heart.  I believe in giving back to the community and am an active giver to the Red Cross, American Cancer Society and the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

As an ardent advocate of the reverse mortgages, otherwise known as Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, my career has focused on educating consumers about the advantages of these loans and the varied applications available to them.

V.I.P. , who is also an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association, is comprised of family-oriented, hardworking and ethical people committed to a philosophy I believe in: taking care of people and exceeding their expectations.

Before joining V.I.P., I worked in a variety of community settings, always with the intention to better serve my community by offering different types of professional resources and education. Some of these include developing seminars and classes on Reverse Mortgages accredited through the Arizona Department of Real Estate, sponsored by the Real Estate Academy of Learning.

My career has drawn me towards the mature population and issues surrounding aging. I am an active volunteer with the Arizona Attorney General office. In 2003 I continued my mortgage education and passed all of the required testing to obtain an Arizona Mortgage Brokers license and started my own company. I have been married for over 7 years and have three children and I understand that faith and family always come first. I moved to Arizona with my parents more than 20 years ago from the Midwest. Upon graduating from ASU with a degree in Communications, my father asked me, “So what did you learn in four years?” My reply: “It’s not what you know; it’s who you know and, what they think of you.”

I attended Grand Canyon University where I received my B.S. in Accounting.    Shortly after graduating from Grand Canyon, I was hired by the Dial Corporation which was headquartered in Phoenix at that time.  I worked in the Financial Reporting Department and after 4 years I was ready to explore other industries.  I was looking for an opportunity to work with people while using the skills I had acquired in my degree and work experience.  The Mortgage Industry was interesting to me, so in 1996 I changed careers and couldn’t be happier with the decision I made.

I began my career in the mortgage industry 14 years ago as a closer for HomeGold Mortgage in Indianapolis, IN.  I transferred to Arizona with HomeGold in 1997 and have lived here ever since.  I started the processing side of the business in 1998 with North American Mortgage and eventually began pre-underwriting for the B/C division.  I left North American in 2000 with the branch manager to start up his own brokerage, Lifestyle Lending Group.  I managed operations for LLG as well as processed.  I am currently processing at VIP Mortgage and still enjoy the excitement the industry brings on a daily basis.

Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family.  I have a 7 year old daughter and I am her Brownie Troop Leader at her school.  We enjoy the outdoors and cheering our daughter on at soccer games.

I have been in the Real Estate business for approximately 32 years. My career began at Bank of America from 1978 to 1995. At Bank of America, I was a Branch Manager and my duties included Real Estate Loans, SBA Loans, Auto Loans, Personal and Business Loans, Commercial Loans, etc. I managed branches in Southern California and in Arizona. I have been a mortgage loan officer since 2002 and closed over 1500 transactions including residential purchases and refinances, commercial loans, SBA loans, commercial and residential land loans, construction loans, etc. I also have 7 years experience in the title and escrow business from 1995 to 2002 as a County Sales Manager and a County Manager.
 
I am married with 4 children. Matt Kaiser is my eldest son and he is also my partner in the mortgage business. I have been involved with the Centurions in Tucson for 18 years. I also Coach my youngest sons’ Little League Team and do volunteer work for the Thornydale LL.
 
The Kaiser Team answers our phone 24/7. We return all phone calls on a daily basis. Our pledge to our customers, realtors, investors, builders, etc. is that we will qualify a client and send LSR’s to the appropriate parties, evenings, weekends, holidays, etc. During tough markets like this, our experience really is important. We stay in constant communication over the phone, text, or email, depending on what the customer and/or realtor is comfortable with.

I started my career in the lending industry over twenty-five years ago as a receptionist.  I have over those years grown within the industry, working several different positions, which has made me well versed within the lending industry. I have a bachelor’s degree in global business with a specialization in finance from Arizona State University and a certificate in paralegal studies from Phoenix College.  I got into the mortgage industry nine years ago as a loan officer.  I worked with several different brokers and then, five years ago, I moved over to the operations side of the business to manage processing and compliance for a new broker that was just starting his company.  I started with VIP in September, 2010.

I enjoy working at VIP because of the strong team atmosphere that exists here.  Loans go so much smoother and get done so much quicker when there is a motivated group of people working together to achieve a common goal.  The way the departments are structured here at VIP, with people positioned to utilize their strengths, works very well and facilitates a smooth loan process.  I enjoy working here and am proud to call myself part of the VIP Team.   
 

I moved to Arizona from Maine in 2005 and spent a few years as a Loan Officer and Loan Processor in the Phoenix metro area. After coming over to V.I.P. as one of the founding employees, I had the opportunity to move into Technical Support for the company. This was a great transition as I earned my degree in Computer Technology and hold certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft.

Without the customer, there would be no V.I.P. Mortgage, and taking care of them is the most important thing any of us could do.

I enjoy the great chemistry and teamwork that exists here. At a lot of work places, you can tend to feel like a caged bird, but at V.I.P. we are free to spread our wings and be creative and innovative to make it a better place to work and create a better experience for the customer. 
 

I joined VIP Mortgage in April of 2009.   As VIP’s Controller, I oversee the Accounting and Human Resources Departments.  I have 19 years of experience in accounting, payroll and human resources, including 10 years in the mortgage industry.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration. I am a longtime member of the American Society of Women Accountants as well as the Society for Human Resource Management.

I am a HUGE soccer fan!  I love to watch European soccer and am a proud supporter of both the Bolton Wanderers & Everton FC in the English Premier League.  In my off time, I am a volunteer youth soccer coach.  I also enjoy officiating youth soccer as well as playing year-round in adult leagues.  

What I like about working for VIP is our focus on building a team.  We recognize that a team-oriented environment optimizes the overall success of our organization.  While each employee serves a specific function, those functions serve our bigger picture – to be a leader in the mortgage industry with a commitment to excellence.  We build a team and then the team builds the business.

I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and was drawn to VIP shortly thereafter. At VIP, I am surrounded by experts teaching me everything there is to know in the industry from originating loans and quality control through closing documents. I am a seasoned mortgage professional that has been a mortgage originator since 1987.  I have also managed a large national mortgage company branch, and now manage my own origination team.  I am  originally from Iowa where I grew up earning income during my teenage years in the summer months working in the fields for my grandfather in the morning and putting up hay in the afternoons for the area farmers.  I have never stepped away from hard work and I use that same work ethic to assist you in your loan transaction.  Even as simple as an evening phone call to keep my clients updated or a weekend meeting to meet with clients that could only meet during the weekend.  I really enjoy the excitement of a family buying their first home.  I also enjoy demonstrating to my customers how they can benefit with different changes in the market place to help them to possibly lower their current mortgage payment, or even to how to cut the expense of the mortgage interest to put more money back into my customer’s pocket.   

I moved to Arizona in 1984 after I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa.  Once I purchased my first home in 1986 with a FHA fixed rate mortgage with an 11½% interest rate, I was hooked on the details of the mortgage banking process. I found my new career right after I purchased that first home.  I soon discovered in my young career in mortgage banking that I could have purchased that home for $2,000 less money than what was necessary to close the loan. It became my mission to educate the real estate industry and their customers the options that are available to purchase a home with different loans, and the different options available within the same loan products.  When I started that process of education, soon I had agents calling me with business.  I also had past customers referring their friends and family for mortgage assistance.   I just recently had my first referral network rise to its third generation of their family from Grandpa, Son, and to Granddaughter. 

Myself,  my wife Kelly and their two young children live in Tempe.  I am active with my children in their school by volunteering my time to assist others in their children’s classrooms and their after school activities. I started out my journey in the real estate and mortgage industry in 1985 when I gained my first employment in the industry as an on-site property manager for a small, 25 unit apartment community.  Over the next decade, that experience grew through the stages of property management to the management level position of District Manager overseeing in excess of 1500 units, across 5 states.

I earned my Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license in 1996 and Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license in 2003 (both currently inactive status).  My broad spectrum knowledge of the real estate industry and deep interest in the financial side of the business naturally led me to expand in 2002 and partner in the opening of Ideal Mortgage Specialists in early 2002.  I obtained an Arizona Mortgage Broker license in 2007.

My husband and I have been married 42 years.  We are original from the northwest corner of Iowa.  We have three children and ten grandchildren.  We are lucky to have them all currently living in Arizona.  They are the joy of our lives and the best way to spend our free time.  We have a cabin in Pine, which a great place to hike, fish, garden and read.   
 

I have worked as a loan processor for the past eight years.  I have been in my current position with V.I.P. I am a native Southern Californian, born in Newport Beach and raised in San Juan Capistrano which is just minutes from world class surfing beaches and a couple of hours from ski/snowboard mountains. The OC is like living in an endless summer where surfing, skateboarding, golf and all outdoor activities are part of the regular lifestyle.
 
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. I began my career in the mortgage industry just over five years ago as a loan processor.  Within the first year, I trained and transitioned into a mortgage closer, drawing up loan documents, funding the loans and corresponding with our investors that purchased our loans.  Within the past year, I transitioned once more to the loan originating side of things and joined VIP Mortgage.  My experience with previous positions has enabled me to really understand all facets of a mortgage loan from the prequalification and origination of the loan through the very end when it is sold to an investor.  Because of this I am very diligent in my work, and able to successfully navigate a loan from start to finish, as well as explain the entire process to my clients.

Outside of work, and taking up most of my life, I am a full time student at the University of Arizona, graduating in May 2011, with my bachelor’s degree in microbiology, and minors in chemistry and business.  I volunteer at the University Medical Center through the University of Arizona’s volunteer program.  I’ve been volunteering there since September of 2007.  I am also a member of the Pre-Pharmacy club at the University of Arizona.   Besides school, I love to run, workout and be outdoors.

I have been in the mortgage industry for over 19 years.  I have worked all aspects of the mortgage business, starting out as a Loan Processor, then a Loan Closer, moving up to a Jr. Underwriter which led to an Underwriting position.  After 8 years as an Underwriter, I had the desire to work the sales side of the business.  I became an Account Executive for a large Wholesale mortgage company and enjoyed getting out and meeting the mortgage brokers and putting my underwriting experience to work in the field.  I returned to underwriting a few years ago and recently moved over to V.I.P. Mortgage to combine my underwriting and sales experience to assist the Loan Officers with a proficient and effective process through the POWER system.

I am the proud father of two amazing kids; my daughter is a competitive dancer and my son participates in the sport of the season!  I am very busy with their schedules, games and recitals.  I like to stay active with running, hiking and working out.

On my first day with V.I.P. I began my career in 1995. Outside of my professional career, I enjoy spending time with my family.

After college, I followed my passion for real estate into a career as an appraiser.  After five years working for reputable appraisal firm in Scottsdale, I owned and operated my own appraisal firm for four years.  I also studied and worked in real estate development.  This knowledge and experience allows me to be well rounded in the industry and gives me an advantage over the competition.
 
In my free time I love snowboarding, golf, and baseball.  I also donate my time as the president of the Active Youth Foundation, a local non-profit organization that works to raise funds for youth sports, fitness, music, and art programs.

After graduating from Vanguard University of Southern California, I taught English in China and Poland before settling at JP Morgan/Chase Bank for five year as VP of national accounts in Southern Arizona. Joining VIP has been one of the best decisions of my life. We share similar ideas and values when it comes to business and service, and we pride ourselves on getting to know our clients and helping them with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

In Tucson, my business partner Tom Baeder and I operate under the twin team philosophy, which means our clients can expect to get double the service. I am married to a former professional baseball player who is now a firefighter, and we have two young boys, all of whom keep me very busy. I ran track and played volleyball in college and currently coach a high school girls’ volleyball.

The twin team is actively involved in both the Eagles Wings of Grace and the Children’s Miracle Network. I volunteer with the preschool ministry at my church and teach Sunday school monthly. I also work with the Primavera Foundation, teaching financial education classes.

I’m a Cali-boy through and through. Born and raised in Southern California, I’ve spent my entire career putting customers first. I graduated from the University of Santa Cruz and since 1996, have served California residents with their loan needs, providing up-to-date and timely information. My focus: keeping a pulse on constant industry changes.

Having worked in this industry for so long, I’ve come to appreciate a company like VIP with its incredible transparent business model. I feel at home here and am grateful to be able to bring my customers the invaluable service they deserve.

In my free time, I stay busy with my wife and two young children. We enjoy tennis and golf, and of course, the beach and Disneyland.

I was born in Louisiana and moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1983. Until 1991, I stayed at home to raise my two daughters and four step children. Then in 1992, I reentered the workforce and worked for a variety of industries before spending nearly seven years in the lending field.

I joined the VIP team in 2011 and feel very at home here in the company. Everyone is so nice and helpful and share the same philosophy in service as I do. It’s a pleasure to come to work every day and I’m proud to be part of this team.

In my free time, I love to cook and enjoy watching football and baseball.

I joined VIP with a background in residential construction but we share the same philosophy: creating a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Since joining VIP, I feel like I’ve been able to add a new dimension to my career while simultaneously sticking to my values in helping others achieve their goals. VIP has a family mentality that makes everyone feel like Very Important People – employees and clients alike.

I am married with a grown daughter and one grandson, who keeps me very busy in my spare time. I am very involved in our grandson’s school and also church youth activities.

Customer service and helping people has always influenced my career choices. Upon receiving my BA at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, I worked at a non-profit helping the Windsor communities recover from a massive tornado. I then went on to work as a personal banker, primarily focusing on 2nd mortgages. This is what sparked my interest in lending.

Since joining VIP, I’ve whole-heartedly embraced the “team” mentality throughout the company. It’s so apparent that every employee here is valued and is treated like part of the family. For me, customer service is about treating others how you would like to be treated and VIP shares that common value and strives to always do what is best for the client.

In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and two cattle dogs. We live in Denver, CO and this fall, I will start coaching after-school lacrosse for high school students.

I have been in the mortgage and banking industry for more than 20 years, with the majority of those years in management. While overseeing people, it became very apparent to me what matters most in this business – meeting clients’ expectations, whatever those might be. I am a huge St. Louis Rams fan and take my two kids – Anyssa, 17, and Antony, Jr., 9 – every December to experience a live game at Edwards Jones Dome in St. Louis. I have coached little league for years and volunteer at school functions and the PTA, donating school supplies each year as well.

After graduating with a Business degree from the University of Oklahoma, I began my career in sales and sales management with the Xerox Corporation. After 12 years of corporate grind, my wife and I decided to move our family to Colorado where I spent the next decade in sales for the financial services industry.

It was in 1991 that I was introduced to the mortgage industry and realized this is where I could make the most impact on people’s lives. I spent two years as an LO before becoming branch manager. For nearly two decades I’ve juggled both hats, always striving to offer superior service to my customers. I’ve personally closed and funded more than $900 million in loans in my time and believe wholeheartedly that when you do what you say you’re going to do, in an honest, timely and trustworthy way, good things happen. I have enjoyed mortgage lending in the Colorado Springs/Colorado community for over 15 years now. After obtaining a Finance degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1997, I went to work for a small family based Mortgage Company. In my years of mortgage banking, I’ve come to realize that the largest role we play as lenders is underwriting analysis. This consists of reviewing a customer’s credit report, calculating income based off of the tax filings from employed and self-employed customers, as well as the assets needed to close. Our team takes the necessary steps to collect all of this information to determine qualification upfront, ensuring a smoother road to closing.

At V.I.P., these steps go a long way. We’re a tight unit, working as a team with a team attitude – always there for one another. We care about the individual, not just the loan, and we are here to exceed the expectations of everyone involved in the transaction.

I have a 3-year-old daughter that makes every day interesting. Raising her with her mother and watching her personality grow each day, there’s never a dull moment. In addition, I play men’s league softball and coach our competitive tournament team, which is one of the things I enjoy most. It never gets old and I will love it until I can no longer play.

My past career is colorful; while working as a hairstylist for 24 years, I also served on the Fire Department's Auxiliary while my husband was a Volunteer Firefighter. In my free time, I enjoy crafts of all kinds, camping and spending time with my four kids and three dogs.

I am a native of Tucson, and after working in the mortgage business in the greater metropolitan Baltimore areafor many years, I feel so blessed to be raising my kids back here in the Valley.

With twelve years worth of experience, I am equipped to handle multiple types of loans. I am well versed in conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, in addition to reverse mortgage products. With V.I.P. at my back, our team of in-house processors, underwriters, and funders are all equipped to handle each step in the loan process, creating more timely and efficient home buying. 

In my spare time, I'm actively involved in coaching kids sports, which affords me the wonderful opportunity to spend extra time with my two kids, Andrew and Natalie. My wife, Heather, and I also enjoy golfing, playing tennis and salsa dancing. 

After receiving my bachelors from Wichita State University in 1991, I worked as a credit analyst before beginning my mortgage career with Waterfield Financial in 1996. While at Waterfield, I was named a top producer each year, and then continued this trend with other lending institutions – including Chase, Countrywide, and Envoy – as my career flourished.

In 2011, I joined V.I.P. to work alongside great friends and former colleagues, Kevin Bostad and Jack Teegardin. Here, I feel as if I’ve found team players, who share my same customer service philosophy and ambition to always exceed expectations. The family-friendly atmosphere within our company is like no other and I’m proud to be a part of this growing team.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and staying active. I, also, am involved at Watermark Community Church and serve as a leader of a men’s Community Group.
