I began my career in the lending industry as a processor 6 years ago in Boise, Idaho where I was born and raised. I relocated to Arizona in 2009 and began working as an Executive Assistant/Loan Coordinator/Marketing Coordinator for Security Mortgage in Scottsdale. In my current position as Executive Support/Director of Marketing at V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc. I play many different roles in order to support Executive Management, Sales Executives and Operations staff.
Away from work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family (and my dog, Ava), hiking, lounging by the pool, BBQ's, watching football, reading, music and movies.
When it comes to customer service, I believe you should treat others like you would want to be treated and give a 110% to each and every customer, partners in business and co-workers.
Working at V.I.P. Mortgage is more than a job; we are a family. Every employee of V.I.P is treated with respect, appreciation and kindness. We all work together to help one another grow, succeed and meet our short and long term goals. V.I.P. is definitely the most incredible team I have had the opportunity to be a part of.
I have been in the Finance industry for five years between Business Banking and Mortgage lending. Before that I was a collegiate baseball coach at San Diego Christian College, where I also received my bachelor's degree. I also played baseball collegiately and beyond both in Florida and California. Because of this I know the importance of team and hard work. I am married to my beautiful wife Lindsay and we are both very active in our local church community. I recently had the fortune of partnering with my Twin Sister Debby Chop who was the head of Acquisition and Marketing for JP Morgan Chase for all of Arizona. We call ourselves the “Twin Team” The Twin Team sets itself apart with a few key things:
1. First we turn no one away, if you or your referral are not ready to purchase a home now we work with clients to build credit/ financial stability so that clients stay focused and are ready to make one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. We have the best credit repair and counseling and most of the time it costs nothing for our clients. I am a credit specialist and take pride in keeping clients focused and excited to get ready to buy a home.
2. We pride ourselves in our education and thorough knowledge of the loan process. We make it our top priority to have no surprises at the closing table. We are a local Arizona Company that loves meeting and getting to know our clients.
3. We have the hands down best system in Tucson to generate leads for our realtors. We do it as a thank you to our agents as well as to ensure a mutually beneficial partnership. We work with all the major employers in Tucson as a housing benefit/credit benefit to their employees. We go to several companies each week getting people excited and ready to purchase homes.
I, along with the rest of the VIP Team, strive to bring the team concept, combined with hard work into every customer's loan in hopes of hitting a home run every time.
I have been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years and have been a member of the V.I.P. team for the past 2 ½ years. I started my career as a customer service rep in the mortgage lending dept. for a Bank in Buffalo, NY. I moved to Arizona in 1986 and began processing mortgage loan applications, eventually advancing to the underwriting department where I have found my niche.
My husband and I enjoy taking day rides on his Harley Davidson, and exploring our beautiful state whenever possible. We have a small dog named Gracie, and I have in the past, owned horses, which are my passion.
I am an active member of the Landscape Committee in my subdivision for the past 10 years where we oversee the landscape maintenance of the 24 acre property.
I enjoy working at V.I.P. Mortgage where I have been reunited with many friends I have worked with at prior companies and have met even more new friends since joining the team. The spirit of cooperation is demonstrated daily as everyone is always ready to assist one another when needed. I especially enjoy assisting in training of loan processors and other staff. It is a true pleasure to work for a company where everyone works together so well and take great pride in providing our customers with excellent service.
I graduated from ASU with a degree in Journalism, but got involved in mortgages even before I graduated and decided to stay in the industry after graduation. I have been involved in the mortgage industry since 1998, and processing since 2001.
My life is a quiet one; I live with my significant other and a few cats. I spend a lot of time going to football/basketball/hockey games to watch my nephews play and spend my free time gardening in my backyard. My passion is travel and, as much as I love to go, it truly does enforce the statement “there’s no place like home”.
Obtaining a mortgage is one of the most important decisions a person can make. I consider it my job to make the transaction as easy as possible to help alleviate the stress of buying a home, so our clients can focus on more important things.
What I enjoy most about working at VIP is the family atmosphere.
Born and raised in Colorado, I joined the Marines and served in Desert Storm. After my honorable discharge, I moved to Arizona, which is where I began the biggest adventure of my life: mortgages.
You name it; I’ve seen it and done it in this industry. With nearly 20 years of mortgage experience under my belt, I envisioned a place where people are the priority, and V.I.P. was born.
What drives me is seeing people succeed and achieve their personal goals. I envisioned a club for tenured and seasoned mortgage professionals that collectively run efficiently to provide customers with the ultimate experience.
At V.I.P., our culture emphasizes unity and family. Here, everyone believes in making this company better because it’s OUR company. Our crew embraces the entrepreneurial freedom to be creative and successful, without having the liability of running a company. By providing an innovative organization that delivers the best origination platform and mortgage tools, we attract employees committed to learning, growing and always improving. We promote an attitude that encourages employee’s optimism and problem solving.
V.I.P. aims to raise the bar by restoring the reputation of the mortgage industry, and always be looking for ways to improve every day in order to stay ahead of our industry leaders. It is my personal goal to make the borrowing experience something you want to tell your friends and family about and you do this because of the personal service V.I.P. provided you in making you feel like you mattered.
I have worked as a loan officer in the financial industry for the past 20 years. I specialize in purchases for all home buyers. I am very experienced in FHA, VA, and Conventional financing.
Outside work, I am happily married for over 20 years with 2 children.
My customer service Philosophy is to communicate with my clients. I look forward to the opportunity of making your next home purchase as effortless and affordable as possible.

I began my career in the mortgage business 12 years ago as an Account Manager for a lender in Phoenix where I was able to hone my customer service and team building skills. This led to becoming an Underwriter with one of the largest lenders in the industry.
I strive to provide excellent customer service and believe the key components of this are communication, a positive attitude and giving 110%.
In my spare time I spend time with my family and friends and two dogs and am an ardent Notre Dame & University of Arizona football fan. I also do volunteer work and enjoy taking advantage of all the Valley has to offer.
I really enjoy working at VIP with such a wonderful and knowledgeable group of people. We truly are a team, working together to exceed expectations and providing the very best customer experience.
I began my career as a Loan Processor about 8 years ago, first working as the sole processor for a mortgage broker. In 2008, I moved over to the banker side where I was consistently rated a top performer and landed at my new home here at V.I.P. Mortgage in 2009. It is my responsibility to work with your mortgage banker to ensure that your file moves through the loan process with the utmost efficiency and ease.
I am the very proud mother of 4 children (ranging in age from 8 to 16) who keep me very busy outside of work. You can usually find me at one of their football, basketball or baseball games as either a team mom or fan. My children and I also enjoy going to church and to the movies.
I believe in treating people as I would like people to treat me, so I work hard to ensure everyone is happy and informed.
VIP Mortgage is my home away from home. The best part about working here is that we are a close knit group of people. We all work together, from Origination to QC to Processing to Underwriting to Closing, towards our ultimate goal…to you get you into your home with the mortgage that best suits your needs and family.
I started my career in the mortgage business 20 years ago in the closing department with a mortgage broker in Arizona. After being in the closing department for 6 years I moved into processing, where I then over the next several years worked for two of Phoenix’s largest mortgage brokers. Through years of processing I managed to create new systems to better organize myself and others around me which led to quality loans. After Processing for 8 years I managed to develop the skills necessary to start underwriting. Starting my career as an Underwriter for one of the largest banks in the business really helped me to tune in and polish my strengths. I have a background underwriting Conv, FHA, VA and USDA.
In my off time I really enjoy spending time with my family. In our spare time you can find us watching my Colts on Sunday afternoon, cheering my daughter on at one of her cheer competitions, or hanging out with our close friends. Besides hanging with my family I am an avid golfer, bowler, and I do love to watch NASCAR.
Working with VIP Mortgage as an Underwriter I would have to say that I truly believe that I fit directly in with their superior customer service. I am very easy going and am a great communicator with my fellow colleagues. I know what it is like to be on both sides of the lending transaction so I strive to make that positive difference in every single loan!
Kenzie and I have more than 25 years combined experience in this market and feel very fortunate to have built a solid reputation surrounded by wonderful people, both here in the Valley and in the Pacific Northwest. We have always chosen partners that have similar ideals and ethics, growing together with unrivaled aptitude and excitement, and being a part of V.I.P. is no different.
V.I.P. is both a phenomenal place to work and perfectly suited for us and our clients’ needs. We share a similar philosophy on what our clients experience should look like. Sure, there will always be the product + mortgage approval + option for our clients, but with V.I.P., we are able to bring to the table so much more than that, including the widest array of products available in the industry and a unique solution for each customer. For those clients that have room for improvement – we will suggest and work through short/interim/long term strategy to improve clients’ particulars and improve their borrowing ability and/or terms.
Outside of work, AZ Wildlife Rescue & Support, MS WALK NW, Breast Cancer Survivors/Support, as well as our babies – Maxwell and Madison (Chocolate & Blonde Labrador Retrievers) get all of our attention & time!

A graduate of Arizona State University, I’ve been working in the mortgage business since 2003. Starting out as an assistant processor, I learned the mortgage business from the ground up to my present position at VIP in the Closing Department. Here my major responsibilities are to get the closed loan delivered to the individual investors and to help on the back end with FHA and USDA insurance.
I’m married with 2 grown sons; I enjoy all kinds of sports, the outdoors taking advantage of hiking and biking in the great weather of Arizona with the extensive Phoenix Mountain Parks.
I enjoy working for VIP with the great team effort we have here from the top down. My coworkers are always willing to help out to get our jobs done.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, I took a couple of months off to start my family. In December of 2009, I began working as an Accounting Administrator for VIP Mortgage.
I enjoy spending as much time as I can with my husband, Charles, and our son, Nolan, who definitely keeps us on our toes. We like to travel when we can and see our families as much as possible.
The customer service philosophy of the Accounting and Human Resources Department is tailored to fit the needs of our customers - the VIP employees. We feel that the less time employees spend worrying about our end, the more time they have to dedicate to their jobs. We strive to help our customers in a prompt yet meticulous manner, so that they can commit more time to helping their own customers.
The thing I like most about working at VIP is that it does not feel like work. I enjoy what I do and the people with whom I work.
I began my career in the mortgage industry 6 years ago as a closer/funder with Fairway Mortgage and now VIP Mortgage. I have been in the closing department for all six years and I truly enjoy what I do. I also have an extensive customer service background after working for 10 years with American Express Financial Services. I have a Bachelor of Science degree is in Management and Marketing from Central Michigan University and I am a Michigan native living in Arizona for the past 20 years.
I feel that quality customer service, to both internal and external clients, is key to the success of any business and whether I am dealing with a title company, loan officer, or borrower, I strive to meet their needs and expectations in a polite and timely fashion.
I spend my free time with my husband and our two daughters, and am actively involved in their extracurricular events, sports and school activities, volunteering as often as possible in their classrooms. My favorite thing to do is ski and I also love to read, hike and travel.
I enjoy being a part of VIP Mortgage because no matter how much the company expands and evolves, it still feels like a family and one that you love to be a part of.
I started working in the mortgage industry in May-1998 as a receptionist for a corporate office called National Pacific Mortgage in Anaheim, CA. In 2004 I moved to Mesa, AZ. with my son and husband. I was very fortunate to be able to transfer to a branch in Phoenix as a mortgage loan processor. The company later sold to GMAC mortgage and then again to Homecoming Financial. The company closed Dec. 2006. I worked for multiple mortgage companies after that including VIP Mortgage.
With all of my experience and customer service experience I promote a positive attitude in the work place and try to encourage those around me to make the job less stressful.
Blessed with a loving husband and two beautiful kids Devin 11 and Bella 5 I drive an hour to and from work. I make this sacrifice because I believe in what V.I.P. promotes as a company and find the processing system to be the best I’ve worked in. Having only been here for 8 months I look forward to many years to come as part of the VIP family.
I was born and raised in the Southwest, growing up in Texas and New Mexico. I attended Arizona State University and earned a degree in Finance at the WP Carey School of Business. After graduating from ASU, I started my financial services career as a mortgage banker with the privately-held firm, Waterfield Financial.
During that time, I was selected to attend the acclaimed mortgage academy, XINNIX, where I graduated in the top of my class. I was part of a high-caliber team in the Scottsdale branch that became the # 1 Office for Waterfield Financial nationwide, and I earned a place in the top-producers “Waterfield Club”. The company was then acquired by the multi-billion dollar, publicly-traded firm, American Home Mortgage in January of 2006.
While at American Home Mortgage, I expanded my business by working on large builder accounts, managing entire subdivisions. I achieved President’s Club status and was one of the top 75 producers out of 3,000 mortgage bankers companywide. After American Home Mortgage collapsed in the summer of 2007, I joined the small start-up, V.I.P. Mortgage, to assist in the growth and branding of the company.
The experience at V.I.P. Mortgage has been exciting over the past three years, as the company grew from a single office to multiple branches in several states. The V.I.P. Team operates as a close-knit family, with shared goals and objectives to deliver fast, efficient service.
The strong correspondent banking relationships at V.I.P. Mortgage have enabled the company to provide superior pricing with aggressive, below-market interest rates. This coupled with Five-Star service is what separates the V.I.P. Team from its competitors.
I strive to provide customer service unmatched in the mortgage industry. I have grown my business by genuinely caring for my clients, exceeding their expectations, and thoroughly educating and advising them on their mortgage-financing options. My ultimate goal is to be my clients’ mortgage banker for life.
When I am not working, I love spending time with my wife, family and friends and of course my Silver Labrador, Tex.

My strong values and ethics are rooted deep inside of me, coming from a small town in Colorado and being the youngest of 10 siblings growing up. After graduating from Colorado State University with a business and restaurant management degree, I found myself in Arizona doing mortgages. For 11 years now, I’ve watched this challenging business evolve and still find joy in getting a client into a home. The smiles, excitement – it never gets old to me.
I value the team approach and family approach that V. I. P. offers. Every day, we strive to make the entire loan process enjoyable for our customers and seamless from start to finish.
My other passion, of course, is my two children. I spend a lot of time with them, engaging in their activities, coaching. It’s amazing to me to see what kids nowadays have to keep with to stay ahead of the curve. At V. I. P., we stay three steps ahead of the curve. You can count on that.

I began my mortgage career over 25 years ago in Salt Lake City I moved to Phoenix in 1986. During my career I have served as a loan processor, office manager and underwriter . I have had the good fortune of working with and mentoring many of the current VIP team members over the years.
My husband and I like to spend our summers in the mountains, hiking, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors with friends and family
I love working at VIP mortgage, where I have been reunited with many friends and co-workers from the past. I especially enjoy the incredible teamwork attitude that is demonstrated at VIP on a daily basis and look forward to playing a key role in the future growth and success of VIP Mortgage. Where people are our priority
My background in the mortgage industry began as a real estate appraiser in the mid 90’s. I had the opportunity to work alongside my father and eventually had my own appraisal company for four years. I later moved into underwriting and secondary marketing with a Subprime lender in 2001. I joined VIP Mortgage, Inc. in June of 2010 as their warehouse manager and enjoy working for such a great company.
As a Washington State native there was a definite adjustment period when I first moved to Arizona, but once I survived my first summer, I grew to love and appreciate all the outdoor activities here which include golf, tennis and spring training. I enjoy going to all the great sporting events here, however I will always be a Seahawk fan at heart. I believe in giving back to the community and am an active giver to the Red Cross, American Cancer Society and the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.
My background enables me to understand all aspects of the mortgage loan. I know the challenges each party faces in the process and can offer customer service from a unique perspective. Experience with what might happen to a loan as it works its way through the system enables me to be proactive and help avoid unanticipated delays. I am committed to offering professional and knowledgeable service to all parties involved.
I was excited to work for VIP the minute I was introduced to management. They know every employee’s name and take the time to greet them daily, they even shaved their heads in support of one of our team going through chemotherapy - this speaks volumes about the ownership and team spirit here at VIP Mortgage, Inc.
I am a Phoenix native and I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 15 years. I began answering phones for
a small mortgage company at 17 years old and they also trained me to process home loans. I am so
thankful I was given that opportunity at such a young age because I feel the mortgage industry is truly
where I belong! I went to The Advantage Mortgage Group to expand my knowledge of government
loans and met two Loan Officers that I still work with today. I feel that strong relationships with those
you work with are a true blessing.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and two small children. We stay active in
church activities, love going to movies, cooking together and spending as much time as we can with
family and friends.
I believe that “communication is key” in every phase of the mortgage process. It is so important to
make a borrower feel at ease with continual updates and an open line of communication. It is my goal
to process files in a timely manner, doing my best to make it as seamless and easy as possible for
everyone involved.
I joined the V.I.P. team in 2010. I enjoy the fact that each member puts forth extraordinary efforts to
create the flow that makes processing and underwriting homes loans a success. The fact that everyone
here is eager to help when you need a hand makes me proud to be a part of such a great company. The
experience and talent of those working at V.I.P. is admirable and I am proud to call myself a “V.I.P. Team
Member”.
I have over 25 years of diverse business experience coupled with extensive mortgage, management and financial knowledge. Drawing from the best of my experience, I apply a very strategic approach to each loan transaction in order to find the best possible solution for solving or satisfying every client's desired needs. The most critical goal that I strive for with all borrowers and prospects in today's challenging market is a risk-free environment. Those who choose to work with me and my team can expect straight, accurate and reliable information to make sound decisions.
I received my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management / Organizational Behavior from the University of Washington in 1992 and my Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, Main Campus in 2000. I have the privilege of using my vast amount of education as well as business experience to structure every transaction with a true sense of detail and professionalism. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, so my family and I truly enjoy our summer getaways to San Diego. I also enjoy golfing, exercising and watching great movies.
My team and I are passionate about our contributions to the community and feel inspired when we are able to assist others in need. We take great pleasure in the success of our clients achieving what I believe is the foundation of the American Dream - affordable home ownership.

I began working for a mortgage company in April of 2002 as an office assistant. From those humble beginnings I worked my way up to managing my own mortgage branch. This experience helped me learn all sides of the mortgage transaction process – from processing to originating home loans.
My wife and I met at my office! She was a client looking to purchase her first home. The realtor who referred us said she always thought we would make a great couple. We are looking forward to our first child being born in June of 2010!
My wife and I are the directors of the Tucson chapter of HOPE Worldwide. HOPE Worldwide is a faith based charity that helps underprivileged people around the world. We have worked with the Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity as well as other community projects.
99% of my business is earned by way of referral. A referral is introducing someone you care about to someone you trust. I believe that earning one’s trust is paramount to providing excellent customer service. I earn this trust by caring for my clients goals, providing knowledgeable answers and keeping my clients informed and up to date on the loan process.

As an ardent advocate of the reverse mortgages, otherwise known as Home Equity Conversion Mortgages, my career has focused on educating consumers about the advantages of these loans and the varied applications available to them.
V.I.P. , who is also an active member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lending Association, is comprised of family-oriented, hardworking and ethical people committed to a philosophy I believe in: taking care of people and exceeding their expectations.
Before joining V.I.P., I worked in a variety of community settings, always with the intention to better serve my community by offering different types of professional resources and education. Some of these include developing seminars and classes on Reverse Mortgages accredited through the Arizona Department of Real Estate, sponsored by the Real Estate Academy of Learning.
My career has drawn me towards the mature population and issues surrounding aging. I am an active volunteer with the Arizona Attorney General office. In this capacity, I counsel those through the complaint process within the office and teach about consumer fraud and the financial exploitation of the elderly.
In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog – a long-haired Chihuahua named Shorty – as well as biking and reading.

V.I.P. shares my same business approach, in which we call it for what it is. We’ll never beat around the bush, will always be upfront with you and find you the best loan program to fit your needs. It is my No. 1 priority to assist you in achieving all of your financial goals.
In my free time, I enjoy golfing and spending time with my dog, Sophie, as well as lots of family, including my nieces and a nephew.

I am an Arizona native; I have been assisting individuals and families with their financing needs for over 15 years. In 1996 I entered the mortgage business as a loan officer and held that position for over 3 years. In 1999 I joined Elite Mortgage and was made the Vice President of operations while still assisting hundreds of valued clients with their financing needs. In 2003 I continued my mortgage education and passed all of the required testing to obtain an Arizona Mortgage Brokers license and started my own company. In 2010 I joined a with a mortgage banker, V.I.P. Mortgage Inc.
Over the past 15 plus years in the mortgage business, I have assisted in over 1,500 funded mortgage loans, making homeownership a reality for so many families and individuals. I have been married for over 7 years and have three children and I understand that faith and family always come first. I have been in the mortgage business for almost 20 years as Processor, Closer and Originator. I have seen many changes and have worked with many challenging aspects of the Business in different positions. I believe in Teamwork and strive for that concept here at VIP. The Owners as managers have implemented a very powerful concept in believing in Teamwork and creating Power Teams. As a growing company they put our customers first and strive to make VIP the best they can.
I am married and have 3 children and two dogs. When not working, I spend most of my time outdoors at the lake with my family, or doing the Mom thing with my youngest daughter.
I moved to Arizona with my parents more than 20 years ago from the Midwest. Upon graduating from ASU with a degree in Communications, my father asked me, “So what did you learn in four years?” My reply: “It’s not what you know; it’s who you know and, what they think of you.”
I’ve lived by this motto, knowing that knowledge is one thing, but making lasting, positive connections with people is really what it takes to make it in life. It’s easy for me to love my job when I’m helping others with something as rewarding and self-gratifying as buying a home. I hold true to my core values and moral integrity and have found success living by the mantra – People and Principles before Profit.
V.I.P. shares this philosophy in putting people first. It’s about caring and building relationships. The rest falls into place.
When I’m not working, I enjoy skiing, traveling, and volunteering for the AZ Pug Rescue. I have two very dear friends/pugs named Mac and Louie.

I have been in the real estate industry for 35 years. Before I began originating loans 10 years ago, my work history included Escrow, Accounting, Loan Servicing and Management, all of which has helped me to be more effective as I help people achieve their dreams of becoming homeowners!
My husband and I have been married for 30 years, have raised two wonderful sons, and are now enjoying three grandchildren. Spending time with family and friends in the most important part of my life, but my favorite get-away is to the beach for some sun and relaxation. I am an approved educator through the Arizona Department of Real Estate, have helped train and educate children through sports and life-skills programs, and have been a trainer and resource for several years for new Real Estate agents through one of the largest real estate companies in Tucson.
I attribute my success to the fact that I treat everyone the way I want to be treated – and I handle every loan as if it were my own. I am very fortunate to be working for VIP Mortgage, a company who believes in doing the same thing.
Many people look to friends for advice when making large financial decisions. My advice to you:

I was born and raised in Phoenix where I met my wife Adrienne and started a family. We have two daughters ages 17 and 13. My time focuses around my career and family and I enjoy volunteering in my girls sporting activities as well as participating in Booster Clubs and Organizations which support their interests.
I attended Grand Canyon University where I received my B.S. in Accounting. Shortly after graduating from Grand Canyon, I was hired by the Dial Corporation which was headquartered in Phoenix at that time. I worked in the Financial Reporting Department and after 4 years I was ready to explore other industries. I was looking for an opportunity to work with people while using the skills I had acquired in my degree and work experience. The Mortgage Industry was interesting to me, so in 1996 I changed careers and couldn’t be happier with the decision I made.
I believe that education about the financial process and responsible advice as it relates to my clients current and future financial needs are very important pieces of the mortgage process. If I can provide education and combine it with excellent customer service, I believe each client will walk away confident in their decision and happy with their experience.
When searching for a company to work for I chose VIP Mortgage because I believe as a company they can deliver the level of service I promise to provide for my clients. About Brandon
I began my career in this industry in 2002. I spent a couple of years as a preferred-lender for a large, national home builder. My clients were the prospective home buyers as well as the home builder itself. As the housing market began to slow, I transitioned away from working with the home builder and working within my local market. Over the years I developed relationships with real estate agents and eventually became the in-house lender for a real estate office. My clients are now both the borrowers obtaining financing, as well as the realtors that loyally refer their clients to me. I guide each of my clients, as well as their realtor, from start to finish from the prequalification process through the closing of their loan.
About Stephanie:
I began my career in the mortgage industry in early 2005 as a loan processor. Within the first year, I trained and transitioned into a mortgage closer, drawing up loan documents, funding the loans and corresponding with our investors that purchased our loans. In 2010, I transitioned, once more, to the loan originating side of things and joined VIP Mortgage. At that time, Brandon and I formed a team and have work on our pipeline of loans together ever since. My experience in previous positions has enabled me to really understand all facets of a mortgage loan from the prequalification and origination of the loan through the purchase of a loan with the investor.
Our customer service philosophy has always focused on communication to both the client and their realtor. We firmly believe that taking clients step by step through the loan process makes for a smoother transaction and builds stronger relationships along the way.
We’re proud to be a part of the VIP team and have confidence in every person that touches a loan. At VIP, there is no hesitation to go the extra mile and step in to help one another. This company is made up of reputable and experienced staff that epitomize great customer service and teamwork.
I began my career in the mortgage industry 14 years ago as a closer for HomeGold Mortgage in Indianapolis, IN. I transferred to Arizona with HomeGold in 1997 and have lived here ever since. I started the processing side of the business in 1998 with North American Mortgage and eventually began pre-underwriting for the B/C division. I left North American in 2000 with the branch manager to start up his own brokerage, Lifestyle Lending Group. I managed operations for LLG as well as processed. I am currently processing at VIP Mortgage and still enjoy the excitement the industry brings on a daily basis.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a 7 year old daughter and I am her Brownie Troop Leader at her school. We enjoy the outdoors and cheering our daughter on at soccer games.
My customer service philosophy is to always be kind to customers and co-workers, regardless.
I enjoy working at VIP Mortgage with all of my kind-hearted co-workers. It is truly a team effort here at VIP.
Brady Holland brings a refreshing level of honesty and creative thinking to his brand of mortgage lending. As a 17-year veteran loan officer, Brady has closed thousands of loans for Arizona families. And in today’s lending environment, his extensive experience and innovative mindset are an invaluable combination.
“I often hear people speak of the mortgage process as complicated and stressful. My view is that it really doesn’t have to be that way. My goal is to always make the mortgage loan process a positive experience for my clients. I do this with a highly organized approach with an emphasis on good client communication. At the start of loan process I provide a thorough up-front analysis of the loan applicant and property to make sure we have a good match between what the client wants and what our loan investor wants. I then follow that up with extensive communication with the client so that they are aware of our progress from start to finish. I’ve found that clients really appreciate the positive lending experience and high level of communication that I bring to the table as their loan officer. Since my goal is to create and foster a client relationship for life, I feel my customers also appreciate knowing that I always have their long term interests in mind.” –Brady Holland
Brady has built his business through relationships based on referrals from REALTOR® partners, financial advisors, and past clients. He is viewed by his clients and referral partners as a trusted advisor and is regularly consulted on matters relating to housing and financial strategies. Brady has also been called upon by various local newspapers and magazines to write mortgage lending articles to better help the public understand the mortgage process.
Brady is a 1993 graduate from Northern Arizona University with a BSBA in finance. Brady lives in Scottsdale with his wife Shelle, their two children, and two dogs. He enjoys coaching his son’s football team and sharing his love of the game with others. In his spare time Brady enjoys time with his family, traveling, hiking, biking and tennis.

I have been with V.I.P Mortgage since November of 2009 as a Sales Coordinator. It is my responsibility and goal is to keep you informed while providing a smooth and efficient loan experience.
I started out in the Lending business in 2002 as a Wholesale Mortgage Coordinator. Since then I have had the opportunity to work in both the operational and sales side of the Lending business. It has helped me gain a great appreciation for each team member involved in the loan process.
On those days that I am away from the office you will usually find me outdoors. Whether it is in the White Mountains or here in the Valley, I drag my family, friends and dog outdoors for an adventure.
I have been in the mortgage industry for over twenty five years. As a loan funder it is my responsibility to ensure all conditions of the loan are met up to the standards of VIP Mortgage and its loan investors. It is also my responsibility to make sure the loan is funded in a timely manner and to meet or exceed the expectations of all parties involved.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, I am an avid dog lover and I enjoy travel and movies.
I have been with VIP Mortgage through their tremendous growth and I look forward to many more years as part of the VIP family.
I graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO. After a brief stint in real estate, I worked in the securities business for 13 years at Charles Schwab. I joined VIP in 2010 as head recruiter and senior vice president of Business Development. Currently, I am developing the secondary and hedging department for the company.
My approach to customer service is simple: Under promise, over deliver. At VIP, we make it a priority to do just that. The family ideology here at VIP is unique in the industry and we make it our priority to put people first. It’s the people overall that make VIP such a special place to work.

I have a bachelor’s degree in global business with a specialization in finance from Arizona State University and a certificate in paralegal studies from Phoenix College. I got into the mortgage industry nine years ago as a loan officer. I worked with several different brokers and then, five years ago, I moved over to the operations side of the business to manage processing and compliance for a new broker that was just starting his company. I started with VIP in September, 2010.
I enjoy working at VIP because of the strong team atmosphere that exists here. Loans go so much smoother and get done so much quicker when there is a motivated group of people working together to achieve a common goal. The way the departments are structured here at VIP, with people positioned to utilize their strengths, works very well and facilitates a smooth loan process. I enjoy working here and am proud to call myself part of the VIP Team.
After moving to Arizona from Colorado, I began my career at Waterfield Financial more than 15 years ago. Today, I take tremendous pride in working with V.I.P., which reflects the true essence of a team experience. Their dedication and professionalism are fantastic, but what truly makes it a special place to work is the camaraderie amongst the employees. We work as family helping each other to succeed.
I’ve learned through the years that communication is imperative in this business. Keeping everyone informed limits the level of stress involved in each transaction, alleviates uncertainty and makes the process much smoother.
Living in Arizona is great because there are so many outdoor activities we can appreciate. Boating, golfing, basketball, and barbecuing, are just some of the activities I enjoy along with my family. I am also a board member on my son’s little league.

I moved to Arizona from Maine in 2005 and spent a few years as a Loan Officer and Loan Processor in the Phoenix metro area. After coming over to V.I.P. as one of the founding employees, I had the opportunity to move into Technical Support for the company. This was a great transition as I earned my degree in Computer Technology and hold certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft.
Without the customer, there would be no V.I.P. Mortgage, and taking care of them is the most important thing any of us could do.
I enjoy the great chemistry and teamwork that exists here. At a lot of work places, you can tend to feel like a caged bird, but at V.I.P. we are free to spread our wings and be creative and innovative to make it a better place to work and create a better experience for the customer.
I joined VIP Mortgage in April of 2009. As VIP’s Controller, I oversee the Accounting and Human Resources Departments. I have 19 years of experience in accounting, payroll and human resources, including 10 years in the mortgage industry.

What I like about working for VIP is our focus on building a team. We recognize that a team-oriented environment optimizes the overall success of our organization. While each employee serves a specific function, those functions serve our bigger picture – to be a leader in the mortgage industry with a commitment to excellence. We build a team and then the team builds the business.
The customer service philosophy of the Accounting and Human Resources Team is geared toward our internal customers – the VIP employees. We feel that efficient care of our employees affords them the opportunity to perform to the best of their abilities. We do our best to quickly and accurately help our employees, so that they can get back to what they do best - helping their customers.
Having worked in the sales industry for 25 years, I partnered with my wife in the mortgage industry nearly 10 years ago and never looked back. My customer service philosophy has always been to provide my clients ongoing communication and to make sure they understand all aspects of the loan product they have chosen, making certain it truly fits their needs. It is essential that there is no breakdown in communication, ensuring the customer is fully engaged and all their questions are answered in a timely manner.
My colleagues at V.I.P. share this same work ethic and I feel fortunate to work with a group of such highly experienced, dedicated individuals. I recently started working in the mortgage industry as a quality control analyst. I help a team of people that ensures quality documentation and expedites the ordering process to ensure fast loan processing.
I enjoy spending my free time with my family and friends. Some of my hobbies that I spend my weekends doing are watching movies, playing golf and sometimes backpacking when I’m feeling a bit more adventurous.
Being a true VIP employee, every day is a new canvas to paint on. I always enjoy facing a challenge whether I’m at work or home. I’m constantly driven by a need to do the best work that I can to ensure the loan process goes as smoothly as possible.
I obtained my undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and was drawn to VIP shortly thereafter. At VIP, I am surrounded by experts teaching me everything there is to know in the industry from originating loans and quality control through closing documents. I feel more than mentored, I feel valued.
I enjoy helping others and always strive to do my best. Working for VIP is amazing because it is filled with people with similar goals and mentalities – we are all here to help each other out, learn and grow, and at the end of the day find success. It’s like a family all working together to exceed standards.
I’m an avid reader and I love to travel, eat, hike and exercise. I’ve worked with the American Cancer Society and ran various health programs during my time in college.
I began working in the mortgage industry as a junior loan processor while I was still in high school part time after school in the small mountain community of Lake Arrowhead, California. Since my first week working with rates, yield spread, margins, and debt to income ratios- I was hooked. I decided then that I would pursue a career in the mortgage industry and haven’t changed my mind since. I attended the University of Arizona while working for Countrywide Home Loans in Arizona, and then became the production and closing manager for two high producing husband and wife teams for the past 6 years.
After moving back to my home region of Southern California in June of 2010, I began, what I hope to be my last move in the mortgage industry, with a position at the V.I.P. California branch. I have a very close relationship with my family and enjoy spending as much time with them as possible, including living with my little sister, who is also my best friend. I am a huge sports fan and a die-hard Lakers girl forever.
I am a conscientious and organized person, which helps me manage large pipelines of purchases and refinances. I believe my character as a person as well as a professional are unmatched in our industry. I have discovered this in my extremely satisfied clients that I have helped successfully meet their goals. My main goals for each of my clients are timely closings with the highest level of customer service for not only borrowers, but also all third party vendors I work with throughout every transaction. I care about each client I work with as a person and enjoy helping them make the biggest financial decision of their life. I enjoy working with V.I.P. because the entire company is built around the same values and beliefs I personally have. I hope to continue to spread the name of V.I.P. as a company and bring others to this amazing family.

I am a seasoned mortgage professional that has been a mortgage originator since 1987. I have also managed a large national mortgage company branch, and now manage my own origination team. I am originally from Iowa where I grew up earning income during my teenage years in the summer months working in the fields for my grandfather in the morning and putting up hay in the afternoons for the area farmers. I have never stepped away from hard work and I use that same work ethic to assist you in your loan transaction. Even as simple as an evening phone call to keep my clients updated or a weekend meeting to meet with clients that could only meet during the weekend. I really enjoy the excitement of a family buying their first home. I also enjoy demonstrating to my customers how they can benefit with different changes in the market place to help them to possibly lower their current mortgage payment, or even to how to cut the expense of the mortgage interest to put more money back into my customer’s pocket.
I moved to Arizona in 1984 after I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. Once I purchased my first home in 1986 with a FHA fixed rate mortgage with an 11½% interest rate, I was hooked on the details of the mortgage banking process. I found my new career right after I purchased that first home. I soon discovered in my young career in mortgage banking that I could have purchased that home for $2,000 less money than what was necessary to close the loan. It became my mission to educate the real estate industry and their customers the options that are available to purchase a home with different loans, and the different options available within the same loan products. When I started that process of education, soon I had agents calling me with business. I also had past customers referring their friends and family for mortgage assistance. I just recently had my first referral network rise to its third generation of their family from Grandpa, Son, and to Granddaughter.
Myself, my wife Kelly and their two young children live in Tempe. I am active with my children in their school by volunteering my time to assist others in their children’s classrooms and their after school activities. I have coached their children’s football, soccer, or basketball teams. I have my own garden, growing fresh vegetables for my family and neighbors.
The past three years I have watched a seed planted in August 2007 with the formation of VIP Mortgage. We have grown from less than twenty loan officers and staff at that first meeting to over 100 employees in three years in the worst real estate and mortgage market since I started the business in 1987. How does one mortgage company grow that much in three years in a bad market? One reason is that the management views this company as a family business, and treats each employee, referring partners, and customer with the respect of a family member. This is our business, and we want to make fair and sound decisions that treat everyone with the respect that each customer deserves and grow the partner’s business. When you take care of the customer, the business will take care of VIP. The second reason for such exponential growth is that VIP Mortgage and it employees takes the mortgage business seriously. Our mission: “VIP Mortgage will restore the reputation of the Mortgage Industry one loan at a time”.
I think that you will find that with my experience and care for my customers to assist them with the knowledge of the loan process and loan products. I place together a detailed financial plan to purchase.

I have been in the mortgage industry for 20 years now. I am currently in VIP’s underwriting department.
I am an Arizona native. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love to shop, cook and going out to brunches and movies.
I have had the pleasure of working with the same group of people for over 15 years now. We truly care for each other, we are like a family. We know the importance of teamwork. We have a mutual respect of each other’s knowledge and role in accomplishing the goal of getting every transaction closed and another borrower into their new home.
I’ve been in the mortgage business going on 8 years now. I started when I was 16 at Fairway Independent Mortgage, and moved over to VIP along with Jay a few years ago. I started as a receptionist/post closer, then moved on to doc drawing and now funding. I also have some processing experience.
I’m an Arizona native. I’ve lived all over but currently reside in Gilbert with my boyfriend of 4 years. We currently have a little girl on the way. She will be joining us in early March.
I strive to give 100% of my best to each and every person I am in contact with, whether they are a customer, co-worker, family or friend.
My favorite parts about working here are the people I work with. They are amazing and I don’t know what I’d do without them!
I am eager to work for you in obtaining the best lending experience in the market!
I started out my journey in the real estate and mortgage industry in 1985 when I gained my first employment in the industry as an on-site property manager for a small, 25 unit apartment community. Over the next decade, that experience grew through the stages of property management to the management level position of District Manager overseeing in excess of 1500 units, across 5 states.
I earned my Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license in 1996 and Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license in 2003 (both currently inactive status). My broad spectrum knowledge of the real estate industry and deep interest in the financial side of the business naturally led me to expand in 2002 and partner in the opening of Ideal Mortgage Specialists in early 2002. I obtained an Arizona Mortgage Broker license in 2007.
I have spent the past nine years building loyal referral based relationships with clients and realtors by making it my goal to provide them with the best loan terms and service in the industry. Since making the decision in late 2009 to join forces with VIP Mortgage as an originator for the Southeast Valley branch and expand into the Mortgage Banking realm, my ability to serve that goal has intensified tenfold. The rates and service that VIP Mortgage supports lead the industry. That fact, coupled with my attention to every detail, makes for an extraordinary partnership.
Every client and realtor I have the opportunity to work with is guaranteed a superior level of communication and service. Courtesy and respect aren’t extras but the right of every person I interact with.

I’ve been in the loan business since 1994 and live by the motto: I’ll look after your interests – today, tomorrow, for life!
I believe that my client relationship don’t end when the loan closes. To give the best service and create effective and meaningful communication, I diligently stay in touch with my clients, making sure important dates and interest rate changes that could benefit my clients are not overlooked. Sharing information during the loan process is the oil that keeps the process moving forward, and by extending regular status updates to both borrowers and agents, I can achieve a comfort level that creates the foundation for building lifelong relationships.
Aside from finding great pleasure in creating satisfied clients, I cherish every minute I am able to spend with my wife and three kids. And when I have time, I enjoy playing golf, golf and more golf.

In all these stages of my career, I enjoy most working closely with my internal and external customers with that one goal in mind. That goal is to successfully close a loan transaction with the highest quality and in a professional and timely manner. I strive on efficiency and I think that is most valued in this industry.
Along with my twin brother, I was born and raised in Arizona by two wonderful parents. My spare time is spent with my family and friends. I have no dogs, cats, fish or real plants. I enjoy bike rides through downtown Phoenix, poolside fun and watching football. My heart is with the AZ Cardinals and believe that football should be a year-round sport.
V.I.P Mortgage is very big on providing legendary customer service and they emphasize on the value and importance of teamwork. This is what I love most about being a part of the V.I.P Mortgage team. All these qualities attributes to the success we all equally strive for. We have a very dedicated and family working environment and everyone has a hand in making our team grow and succeed.
I have been in the lending industry 27 years. I have processed, closed and managed during this time. I currently work at VIP Mortgage as their closing manager. I work on doc, closing, funding and insuring the government loans. We have a great group of people at VIP. They are honest and hard-working, which really make my job fun and easier. I feel this positive attitude shows in our quality of work and customer service.
My husband and I have been married 42 years. We are original from the northwest corner of Iowa. We have three children and ten grandchildren. We are lucky to have them all currently living in Arizona. They are the joy of our lives and the best way to spend our free time. We have a cabin in Pine, which a great place to hike, fish, garden and read.
With a MBA in financial management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, I have been serving people in the mortgage industry for a decade. As an originator I earned recognition as top producer, always striving to build relationships based on mutual respect, integrity and commitment to excellence.
My style jives well with V.I.P., committed to the same superior level of customer service. The company’s strong reputation as an outstanding mortgage bank with an incredible staff experienced in every area of lending offers a winning combination hard to find in this industry.
In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family. I find great satisfaction in being a part of the Big Brother program and being a role model. I also enjoy cooking and traveling and watching all sports, especially football.

I have worked as a loan processor for the past eight years. I have been in my current position with V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc. since July. I pride myself on great customer service and make it a daily priority to share my enthusiasm with all of our Loan Officer’s and clients. It is my job to make sure we close on our loan on time by doing the best work the first time around.
Outside of work, I am a mom to four boys (ranging in ages from 2-15) who keep me very busy. We spend most of our days either on a lacrosse field where I am very involved or the football field. Having a child in high school this year has been a major change of pace. I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
The people at V.I.P. Mortgage, Inc. make this a great place to work every day. I am so happy to be part of the team!
I have worked in the mortgage industry for nearly two decades, and having weathered the financial and mortgage collapse of 2008, I feel I have come full circle.
After graduating from the University of San Diego with a degree in Communications, I moved my family and four kids to Phoenix where I spent five years learning the business and developing relationships necessary for success. In 1998, I helped open one of Arizona’s most prominent mortgage brokers Olympic Mortgage. With two fundamental goals, to treat our employees like family and always strive to exceed our customer’s expectations, we played ball.
Ten years later, we went looking for a partner in the industry that mirrored our commitment to excellence and found VIP. The company’s plan is simple: Grow our business by caring for our people and exceeding our client’s expectations. This dedication has never wavered.
I am very involved in youth sports having coached a variety of teams in soccer, softball, football and basketball. I also love golfing and skiing.

I am a native Southern Californian, born in Newport Beach and raised in San Juan Capistrano which is just minutes from world class surfing beaches and a couple of hours from ski/snowboard mountains. The OC is like living in an endless summer where surfing, skateboarding, golf and all outdoor activities are part of the regular lifestyle.
I grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. My mother and father owned several businesses and taught me that work ethic and commitment, relationships and reputation, integrity and trust are the driving forces behind a successful business. My parents also taught me that in every crisis there is opportunity.
My experience with “excellence in customer service” began at The Ritz Carlton, Laguna Niguel where I spent seven years as the Food & Beverage Manager. I moved from the hotel industry to the mortgage industry in 2001 because I wanted to use my talent for working with people and my entrepreneurial instincts to create my own business.
My wife Laureen and I have two young daughters and love that we are raising them not far from where we both grew up.
Over the years I have worked as a mortgage professional, I have found that building trust with my customers and forming long lasting relationships comes from my core values of integrity, commitment and follow-through.
Those core values are the essence of VIP Mortgage’s approach to business which is why this has been a great partnership for me.

Customer Service Philosophy: With a positive attitude, we will always keep in mind that we are in business to serve others. To provide that service grudgingly or reluctantly defeats our purpose. Courtesy and respect are not extras, but are the right of each person we interact with. They are part of our product.
VIP Mortgage is a wonderful company to work for. They provide support, and are extremely family oriented. We have a wide variety of knowledge and our organization structure helps to maintain our quality of service.
I began my career in the mortgage industry just over five years ago as a loan processor. Within the first year, I trained and transitioned into a mortgage closer, drawing up loan documents, funding the loans and corresponding with our investors that purchased our loans. Within the past year, I transitioned once more to the loan originating side of things and joined VIP Mortgage. My experience with previous positions has enabled me to really understand all facets of a mortgage loan from the prequalification and origination of the loan through the very end when it is sold to an investor. Because of this I am very diligent in my work, and able to successfully navigate a loan from start to finish, as well as explain the entire process to my clients.
I enjoy spending time with my family and our three dogs. We are active in our church and I dedicate some of my spare time each week to volunteering with our youth ministry.
My customer service philosophy comes down to one main focus point: communication. I believe in keeping a borrower apprised of their loan status and answering any questions as quickly and efficiently as possible. I put myself in the borrower's shoes and guide them through each step of their loan.
I take pride in being a part of the VIP team and have confidence with each person that touches a loan. VIP is made up of the best of the best in this industry, and each person contributes to our success as a company whether it be from their experience, knowledge or helpful attitudes.

I graduated from Winona State University in December 2009, with a Business Administration degree and an Accounting minor. When I graduated, I was immediately hired by AFLAC. I worked there for a few months before deciding that cold-calling was not my thing. After relocating to Madison, Wisconsin, I came to work for VIP Mortgage as the Accounts Payable Administrator. I have been here since November 2010, and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and opportunity to be a part of the VIP team.
There are a lot of things that interest me. I have played sports my entire life, and I like to remain active by working-out and doing Wisconsin-type recreation. Biking, fishing, boating and skiing are all part of my life. I love my family, my friends, video games, technology, and I am arguably the most knowledgeable and biggest Packer fan…ever!
As part of the Accounting and Human Resources Team, I abide by our customer service philosophy which is geared toward our employees. We view all VIP employees as our customers and feel that the less time employees have to worry about our end, the more time they have to devote to their job. We do our best to quickly and competently help our customers, so that they can focus their time and energy on what they do best, helping theirs!
I enjoy working for VIP because, even though I mainly interact with my co-workers via phone or email, they make my day enjoyable. Although I may be ‘just a name’ to some, I hope that my quirky emails shed an optimistic light on humanity. I just want to be happy!
I joined VIP Mortgage, Inc. in December of 2008 as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. In my current role I serve as a focal point for communication with VIP’s Sales and Operations Teams, Correspondent and Broker Relationships, Warehouse facilities and State and Federal Agencies. I bring 10 years of mortgage and title experience to VIP.
Leveraging an ever-expanding portfolio of qualifications covering national licensing and compliance, correspondent and broker relationships, secondary marketing and warehouse management, I have proven time and again my flexibility in responding to the changing industry to “wear many hats” in the effort to meet and exceed corporate goals and challenges. Tasked with providing leadership through start-up growth and turnaround situations I have repeatedly proved my ability to deliver strong and sustained results. I am dedicated to our Team of professionals and customers to make the mortgage experience run as efficiently as possible and leave a positive impression on our customers.
Prior to joining VIP, I was associated with Fairway Independent Mortgage in various positions for almost five years. I am married and have two children, I enjoy my children’s sports activities, boating, and traveling.
I’ve been in the mortgage business for 4 years and LOVE it. My goal is to become an Underwriter so I need to start from bottom up which I don’t mind. My professional background before entering mortgage business was customer service which I did for 24 years.
I come from a very large family I am the 2nd oldest of 7 siblings, I have a total of 11 nieces/nephews and I have 8 great nieces and nephews this is just my immediate family. My mother comes from a family of 13 siblings and my father has 5. As you can tell my family did not watch too much Television in Hawaii!!! I am in the process of adopting my niece’s daughter Amani. She is so adorable, cute, and beautiful I can’t wait till she gets a little older.
Customer service philosophy – We will provide efficient, friendly service, creating a comfortable, welcoming environment. We will treat every customer the way you would like to be treated it doesn’t matter if it’s internal or external customers.
What I like about working at V.I.P. Mortgage – I like the fact that Jay (one of the owners) goes around and gives everyone knuckles that is so cool. I like that we have a work family I came from the corporation world and this is the first time I’m working for a smaller company and Love it.
I have been working for VIP since May 2009, as an assistant and fill-in receptionist. I help out the loan officers or assistance when they need an extra hand. I also answer phones throughout the day when the receptionist is busy with a client.
Outside of work, and taking up most of my life, I am a full time student at the University of Arizona, graduating in May 2011, with my bachelor’s degree in microbiology, and minors in chemistry and business. I volunteer at the University Medical Center through the University of Arizona’s volunteer program. I’ve been volunteering there since September of 2007. I am also a member of the Pre-Pharmacy club at the University of Arizona. Besides school, I love to run, workout and be outdoors.
I believe a comfortable environment and good, friendly customer service are the most important aspects of a company, and VIP does a wonderful job of achieving both.
I enjoy working at VIP Mortgage because it’s a friendly work environment, even though everyone is competing for the top, no one is left behind. We are like a family, and I enjoy being a part of this company.
Here at V.I.P Mortgage, Southeast Valley Branch, the Reidhead Team of Dallas and Cara Reidhead have a basic set of goals and guidelines that we hold as standard and implied in every transaction we do, whether it be for long term clients or our first time customers. These are simply to deliver the best service available and offer terms that are usually unmatched by industry standards. We pride ourselves on making the process easy & convenient for all parties involved and have a track record of excellence in customer satisfaction.
We began our career in the mortgage industry in 2002 when we went to work for a family owned and operated broker shop named Ideal Mortgage Specialists. We developed the “Team” aspect of combining forces to do the best job possible for our clients. We and the people of Ideal Mortgage’s idea of honest and upfront dealings began to earn a reputation among several of the top realtors in the valley and have developed long lasting, loyal bonds with those realtors. We also have a strong interest in watching “Wall Street” and tracking the movement in the markets to give our clients a cutting edge in staying ahead of the changes in mortgage rates and overall fluctuations in the housing sector as a whole.
We were approached by V.I.P. Mortgage Inc in late 2009. After carefully deliberating, the Ideal Mortgage team decided that given the changes in the housing market it was time to make their move. We, along with a few others from Ideal mortgage team, decided to join forces and open the V.I.P. Mortgage Inc.’s Southeast Valley Branch - where our goal is STILL to provide prompt service with honesty and integrity!
“We love what we do and thank God for the blessings that he provides us with everyday! We have two amazing boys, 2 and 4, that help to keep us busy and provide an outlet when we need a break. We spend weekends watching them play sports and love to spend time with our family. We are active in our Church meetings and have callings that we enjoy. I (Dallas) love to rope and play golf and softball, and I (Cara) love to be with them, I don’t care what we are doing!”

I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minor in Spanish. Before beginning my mortgage career in 2000, I was fortunate to work throughout the country and travel the world to places like Europe, Central and South America.
As for work, I believe that integrity is what you do when no one is looking. My strategy has always been to be honest, upfront and knowledgeable for my clients. It is my goal to help my customers make well-informed, educated decisions about their finances. I strive to be your trusted advisor for any mortgage need.
Being associated with V.I.P. is a privilege, pleasure and distinct advantage. Our team is assisted by in-house processing, underwriting, and funding and is extraordinarily knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And above all – we really care. Our ability to control all aspects of the loan process all but eliminates the uncertainties of ‘on time’ closings and loan fall out. In addition, the ‘team’ mentality provides an unparalleled mind share for solving unique loan scenario problems. Working with V.I.P is like working with family.
Outside of work, I’ve always been extremely passionate about traveling. I love visiting new and foreign places. In addition, I love sports and competition in general. I recently got back into playing organized soccer after a four-year, injury-induced hiatus.

My customer service philosophy is not a slogan but a real accountability to both the borrower and the Real Estate agent as a trusted advisor whatever your mortgage needs. The “Banker Hour” days are over. I will listen and respond to your questions or requests with the resulting answers being in the borrowers’ best interest.
VIP Mortgage Inc. allows me to follow through with my philosophy because we are not one of the Big Banks that you may have used in the past. We have the flexibility to place the borrower into the loan option that is appropriate for the individual Loan Scenario and allow us to say “YES” for many more applicants. This allows these applicants to become homeowners.
Close of Escrow: VIP Mortgage also has the ability to close your loan in 15 days or less to give the borrower and Real Estate agent an Advantage at the bargaining table if needed. We have processing, Underwriting, Docs Drawn and Funded by VIP’s local operations. I will hit your Close of Escrow.
VIP also pre-funds all of our Loans – This means your wires are ordered before the day of closing.
With VIP Mortgage you will also avoid Big Bank Overlays, such as Flips, max property rules for investors, unpermitted additions, appliance requirements, Debt to Income limitations, etc…..
Banker: Direct endorsement FHA, VA, USDA and delegated Conventional Conforming and Jumbo programs.
VIP Mortgage rates are simply the best in the state – I was recruited by numerous competitors and VIP simply has the best pricing for the Borrower and the Real Estate Agent referral.
I’m a proud graduate of Virginia Tech and have lived in Arizona for 20 years. My mortgage career spans those two decades with a wide array of experience from loan origination to business owner. My motto is: treat each of my clients like a close friend. I take pride in having a personal interest in each of my clients, going above and beyond one’s expectations. The mortgage process is more complex than ever, so it is my job to make it seem effortless for my clients.

My customer service philosophy: “Be respectful, ethical, and trustworthy.”
Management and the relationship they have with all the employees at VIP Mortgage creates a working environment that has a lot of cohesion and productivity allowing the employees to grow personally which leads to growth for VIP Mortgage.
Having a developer as a father put me on the fast track to real estate and finance. I have worked in the financial industry for over 20 years and began my lending career in excess of 11 years ago.
I joined V.I.P. in April 2010 as a Senior Mortgage Banker and Broker. I feel blessed to work with this incredible team, which is more like family to me, all committed to the same philosophy of excellence and superior customer service.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of FHA, VA, USDA, conforming and non-conforming originations. My constant awareness of ever changing regulatory guidelines is the key to my proven expertise in leveraging core strengths to structure your financing options.
As your Mortgage Banker I personally work directly with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth process and a timely close of escrow. My goal is to earn your trust and exceed your expectations in every way. As my trusted client, you are never an interruption to my day, but rather the reason I work. I have built my reputation by truly caring for each and every client – creating a wow-factor so that I am your go-to person for questions, advice, and solutions in any mortgage need.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors every chance I get. Whether I am hiking, playing tennis, or just going for a jog, I love staying active. For excitement, you will find me taking in a local comedy show or planning my next inspiring road trip.
I came to VIP with over 25 years of mortgage industry experience. I have been married for 36 years and enjoy time with my children and grandchildren. For many years I successfully managed one of the largest and most productive operations centers closing 800+ loans per month with the lowest cost per loan in the company. I am currently managing the underwriting staff at VIP. I am also responsible for overseeing Quality Control-identifying cause, cure and provide a plan for prevention, identifying employee training needs, providing training and monitoring for substandard performance, as well as customer service needs. I work with the Sales Managers to help provide excellent customer service for our Sales Team and Customers. I have been a key member in developing a transition plan for new employees, loan originators and branches who join VIP. I enjoy the teamwork attitude that management desires and supports.
I have been in the mortgage industry for over 27 years and have been a member of the V.I.P. team for the past 1 ½ years. I started my career as a new file set-up person at a family owned mortgage banker in Flossmoor, IL. and remained employed there for 9 years. During this timeframe I worked in all aspects of the loan process becoming the processing manager and a Direct Endorsement Underwriter. I moved to Arizona in 1992 and began processing mortgage loan applications, quickly advancing to the underwriting department. My career tenure has included many roles of management of processing, closing, underwriting, and quality control.
I enjoy being outside, shopping, and love the sun! I have a husband and have two small dogs named Sunnie and Destiny.
I love working at V.I.P. Mortgage and the culture we are building. Teamwork is the name of the game and I am proud of the support we all have for each other. V.I.P. is dedicated to restoring the reputation of the mortgage industry and I am proud to be part of this vision.

I’ve prided myself on being available to my clients 24 hours a day. It’s imperative to keep those lines of communications open and make sure all their questions and concerns are addressed, whenever they arise.
I’ve grown my business through honesty and integrity and the referrals come. In addition, teaming up with my real estate wife nearly seven years ago has added an extra facet to my business, because we are able to offer clients special packages and enjoy a lot of repeat business because of that. In 2011, I joined V.I.P., which has added a whole new element to my work. The team atmosphere and back-end support is unmatched and has enabled me to increase my volume. Before joining the mortgage industry, I perfected my customer service skills in my first profession – creating custom art glass for luxury homes. I learned to listen intently and deliver the highest quality products and service to my clients, therefore, developing an incredible referral business.
When receiving my real estate license in 1992, I applied those same standards to my new client relationships. After having a tough time obtaining financing for my first client, I decided to add mortgages to my repertoire. I was determined to help my clients find easier, more efficient ways of achieving financing. With VIP, I have found those same high standards that I have always maintained in my work. We strive daily to deliver the best quality product and service.
On a personal note, my wife and I have one son and have lived in Arizona for 30 years. I enjoy cheering my son on in bowling tournaments and creating artwork for the internet.

I received my practical experience as a mortgage originator starting in 1988 at Mellon Bank, Anchor Savings Bank and Waterfield Financial. Diversified needs of my client base prompted me into the mortgage broker world in 1997 where I originated for 13 years at Spectrum Financial and Security Mortgage. With the recent challenges in the mortgage industry, I made the move to VIP Mortgage Inc. in 2009 due to the advantages of being employed with a direct lender. This gives me the ability to better serve my clients by providing a more efficient, streamlined mortgage process. Being a direct lender and managing all processing, underwriting, document drawing and the final wiring of funds allows the team at VIP Mortgage to be in complete control of the client’s loan process.
I have strived to stay current with mortgage trends and guidelines. In 2009 I completed unique training from the Certified Mortgage Planners Institute, in the field of “specialized” mortgage lending and consultation services.
Although I am well versed in conventional and FHA mortgage lending, veteran’s loans are my passion. I currently serve as team lead of Veterans Mortgage Network. Veterans Mortgage Network specifically educates and guides veterans in how to maximize their VA home buying benefits through their website at www.veteransmortgagenetwork.com
My specialties include; listening to and understanding the specific needs of each of my clients. Utilizing this information, I will develop a plan to help my clients realize their homeownership dream.
I studied business finance and marketing at Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University after completing four years of service in the U.S Air Force.
Besides VIP Mortgage Inc. being a cutting edge lender to work for, the management team truly cares about the client and continuously strives to improve the image of mortgage lending in the community.

I entered mortgage banking over 26 years ago. The bulk of my years have been spent in the area of processing, building a knowledge base that lead me in the later years into operations management, closing, and post-closing.
The one true concept of mortgage banking I have learned over my time in the industry is that this is a team sport. It is full contact; wear pads and helmets, because you can’t do this alone. Which is why the Team concept here at VIP makes it the successful company it is, and a place I could not be more pleased to be.
I am married, no children, with two dogs. I prefer to spend my free time outside, camping, a week at Lake Powell on a houseboat with friends or even working in the yard.
I graduated from the University of California Santa Cruz with a Biology degree in 1997, after growing up in South Orange County’s Dana Point CA, only a few miles from the VIP Branch where I now work. Combined with my success in mathematics and science, is my love for people and customer service. I got my first job in the mortgage industry at the age of 26 and have not looked back since. Now, with over 10 years of experience, I am proud to say that I have found my home at VIP Mortgage, fulfilling my desire to help good people through excellent customer service, and working in a mentally stimulating environment. I have worked in both wholesale and retail mortgage banking, as an Account Executive and now as a Mortgage Banker, and have always enjoyed the benefits of working for a Direct Lender that can help me provide unbeatable customer service at competitive market prices.
Living and working in the area that I grew up in, allows me to be a ‘trusted advisor’ in the mortgage industry for friends and family in my community, and those I have in Santa Cruz as well. I have been involved locally with the Orange County Department of Education, Richard Henry Dana Special Needs Facility, and the Surfrider Foundation. I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife, our 7 year old chocolate lab Blue, and our 8 nieces and nephews. We spend our spare time in the lovely Baja California Sur, surfing, fishing, and exploring on motorcycles.
The customer comes first and foremost, and I take pride in my communication skills and ability to deliver loan details in a clear, comprehensible format for my clients. VIP Mortgage is a perfect fit for me because of their knowledgeable and friendly staff, which allows the customer to be #1 throughout the entire mortgage process and keeps the referrals coming!

I am a graduate of the University of Notre Dame in 1995, I originally began my professional career as a staff accountant in Chicago, Illinois. After a few years of toiling in the cold, my wife and I moved to Tucson. In 2002 I became a Loan Officer and joined VIP Mortgage in 2010 after having learned the business with two smaller firms. I am also currently pursuing my MBA from the University of Arizona Eller College of Management and scheduled to graduate in July, 2011.
Me and my wife Lizel (a Realtor®) have two daughters, ages 7 and 4. They are active travelers, having been to South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and several countries in Europe. They are also quite active in the Tucson-South African Club.
I take great pride in my work and strive to under-promise and over-deliver on every transaction. I have been quoted in Loan Originator magazine (July, 2003) and was consistently the highest volume producer at each of my prior firms. I also know the value of a referral, especially in a tightly-knit town such as Tucson.
I joined VIP in February 2010 after seeing how the firm could close deals that I could not in my prior company. After having cut my teeth working for a mortgage banker, I also knew the tremendous advantage of in-house underwriting and access to credit lines. The fact that VIP offers the best rates was icing on the cake, and I can foresee years of production and satisfied customers ahead.

I was born into the mortgage business with my father Jack Teegardin being the V.P. National Sales Manager for Waterfield Financial for 30 years. Upon completing my finance degree from Colorado State University in 1993, I joined Waterfield Financial where I led in managing and producing the most closed units, volume and revenue in Arizona for seven years.
With Waterfield, I earned President Club status and co-managed and grew the Scottsdale office to become the largest and most profitable branch in the company. I was able to keep my team together when American Home Mortgage acquired Waterfield in 2006, continuing to earn top honors including AHM Top Status with $300 million in closed volume in one year.

My Name is Leanna Marino. I have been in the Mortgage lending industry for 21 years. For most of those years I specialized as a Senior Processor and Conventional Underwriter, working in Bank Operations. My team concentrated on regions nationwide. We worked detailed and intricate loans such as the 203K Rehabilitation loans as well as the Construction to Perm loans. I have provided training courses for Operation units and Sales Teams to enhance customer service, communication skills, and product education.
Our VIP Power system and services will provide quality service to our customers and be recognized as one of the strongest customer service Lenders. Our customers will see us as lender that is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We will listen to, anticipate, recognize, and satisfy our customer's information needs. We will provide professional, time line awareness, and courteous service.
To be recognized as one of the Strongest customer Oriented Lenders, we must:
Listen to and understand our customers;
Make quality customer service a top priority;
Exhibit excellence in customer service through proactive communications, time management, lending and Real Estate processes, and building enduring customer faith;
Demonstrate our commitment to customers through respect, knowledge, responsiveness, and producing results;
Ensure that our staff has access to the tools, training, and resources they need to achieve our customer service goals
I’m delighted to be working with VIP. The power system they have in place fit well with my personal Customer service Philosophy. The most important thing about VIP that validates my choice in business partner is the UNITY of the company. The operations unit is derived of many people, many departments and each using the unique VIP power system. But for all the many voices and hands that escort a loan to close, - in the end they are ONE. The result is an ecstatic home owner and enhancement of realtor relationships.
I entered the mortgage industry while building my own home back in the mid 1980’s. During the past 25+ years I have been in both the retail and the wholesale side starting as a processor to today as a recruiter helping VIP to continue to grow as the TOP lender in the industry.
I was born in Canada, but came to the US at a very young age growing up in Tempe and living most of my adult life in Mesa, AZ. My husband, Lance and I have 5 children and 1 grandson. All our children are grown but keep us busy keeping track of their hectic lives; especially our grandson. We support several charities in the valley including the Boys & Girls Club of the East Valley. I am a member of AMLA and support the active role that we should all take in our industry.
I believe if you provide the right tools, the right information to employees the sky is the limit as to what can be accomplished. Previously in wholesale, I always strived to provide a Loan officer with all the correct information to experience a fast and efficient closing. The same philosophy holds true at VIP. The customer is always #1 with VIP.
During my tenure in the mortgage industry I often run into people I have worked with or known in the past. I was delighted to see that so many of those people are at VIP Mortgage. Although I am new to VIP, I feel I am already part of the family.
I have been in the mortgage industry for over 19 years. I have worked all aspects of the mortgage business, starting out as a Loan Processor, then a Loan Closer, moving up to a Jr. Underwriter which led to an Underwriting position. After 8 years as an Underwriter, I had the desire to work the sales side of the business. I became an Account Executive for a large Wholesale mortgage company and enjoyed getting out and meeting the mortgage brokers and putting my underwriting experience to work in the field. I returned to underwriting a few years ago and recently moved over to V.I.P. Mortgage to combine my underwriting and sales experience to assist the Loan Officers with a proficient and effective process through the POWER system.
I am the proud father of two amazing kids; my daughter is a competitive dancer and my son participates in the sport of the season! I am very busy with their schedules, games and recitals. I like to stay active with running, hiking and working out.
I believe that customer service is the lifeblood of any business…. great service is good business!
On my first day with V.I.P. Mortgage, every time that I was introduced to a fellow employee, they would say that I “would love it here, it is such a great place to work”. I am happy to report that they were all spot-on! It's great to be in a work environment where everyone likes what they are doing and actually enjoys working together to achieve that one common goal to efficiently approve and close loans!
Seeking both life experience and educational assistance, I joined the United States Air Force in 2001. During my military career and while attending school, I worked for a credit union in Alaska helping service men and women with their financial needs, thus beginning my career in mortgage. I moved back to the valley in 2005, and have since been working with predominantly the same group of people who are now V.I.P.
I have successfully grown my business through client referrals. I place a high value on sustaining relationships, even after the job is complete. It is important to me that I earn my clients’ trust and always keep the lines of communication open and clear.
My family is an extremely important part of my life. I am very fortunate to have such a wonderful husband and two amazing kids. In my spare time, I enjoy running, snowboarding and the beaches of Mexico.

In my off time I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family. In my spare time you can find us watching my Cardinals on Sunday afternoon, cheering my cousin at one of her cheer competitions, or hanging out with close friends. Besides hanging with my family I love to play sports especially golf and softball.
Working with VIP Mortgage in QC, I would have to say that I truly believe that I fit directly in with their superior customer service. I am very easy going and am a great communicator with my fellow colleagues. Here at VIP we strive for excellence, and where people are our priority!
I am proud and excited to be the newest member to the V.I.P. Mortgage, Southeast Branch. The Reidhead Team holds an unparalleled standard of excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.
I am very privileged to be involved with a team with years of experience and a track record that speaks for itself.
After college, I followed my passion for real estate into a career as an appraiser. After five years working for reputable appraisal firm in Scottsdale, I owned and operated my own appraisal firm for four years. I also studied and worked in real estate development. This knowledge and experience allows me to be well rounded in the industry and gives me an advantage over the competition.
In my free time I love snowboarding, golf, and baseball. I also donate my time as the president of the Active Youth Foundation, a local non-profit organization that works to raise funds for youth sports, fitness, music, and art programs.
Honesty, enthusiasm, and dependability are the three biggest qualities that I bring to the V.I.P. Mortgage Team. I am very dedicated to my profession and will make myself readily available any time of the day.
I began my career in 1979 as a loan officer in San Bernardino County, CA where I was born and raised.
I was with a couple of companies during my 32 yrs. of lending and learned a lot from each one. I was promoted to branch manager in 1984 and ran a very successful branch while still producing loans.
I was promoted to vice president of production for Southern California in 1986 and began cross training in all aspects of lending. I trained in processing, quality control, underwriting, shipping and insuring, and marketing. I owe my work ethic to understanding the business from all these aspects
I love working with first time homebuyers and experienced investors. I have specialized in FHA, VA, FNMA and FHLMC conventional loans. My priority is to treat every client as my only one and to supply fast response to all calls and questions.
I live in Lake Arrowhead, CA with my wife of 20 yrs. I have twin sons that are 42 yrs. old now, a daughter 35 and a son 28. I have 4 grandchildren 2-4-15-18. That is what life is all about.
I came to V.I.P. Mortgage Inc. in April of 2011. The transparency of the company and the family atmosphere was so overwhelming it was impossible to say no to this opportunity.
Making "Clients for Life" and "Raging Fans" is my goal and V.I.P. makes that simple.

After graduating from Vanguard University of Southern California, I taught English in China and Poland before settling at JP Morgan/Chase Bank for five year as VP of national accounts in Southern Arizona. Joining VIP has been one of the best decisions of my life. We share similar ideas and values when it comes to business and service, and we pride ourselves on getting to know our clients and helping them with one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.
In Tucson, my business partner Tom Baeder and I operate under the twin team philosophy, which means our clients can expect to get double the service. We are, hands down, the best system to generate leads for our realtors and are committed to ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership with our customers.
VIP goes above and beyond the average mortgage company with a reputation as having one of the best credit repair and counseling benefits, usually at no cost to our clients. Our education and thorough knowledge of the loan process helps to ensure there are no surprises at the closing table.
I am married to a former professional baseball player who is now a firefighter, and we have two young boys, all of whom keep me very busy. I ran track and played volleyball in college and currently coach a high school girls’ volleyball.
The twin team is actively involved in both the Eagles Wings of Grace and the Children’s Miracle Network. I volunteer with the preschool ministry at my church and teach Sunday school monthly. I also work with the Primavera Foundation, teaching financial education classes.
I spent nearly 10 years in the retail banking industry before switching to mortgages in 1999. The first year, I spent processing and underwriting, which really helped me to understand how to put a loan together.
Before joining VIP, I spent a decade or so working for smaller boutique brokers. I love that VIPs team philosophy mixes well with the lending principles I’ve developed over the past 20 years. I believe that communication with not only the buyer, but all parties involved in the transaction, is key to getting a loan done smoothly. I make it a priority to be involved from the initial application through funding and recording.
Happily married to my lovely wife Carly for 15 years, we enjoy spending time with our two children – Taylor, 12 and Maggie, 10 and helping out at the kids’ school through programs like the Dad’s Club and summer baseball and softball leagues. I also love fishing with my son and cheering on the Diamondbacks.

With a degree in business administration from the University of Northern Iowa, I’ve spent more than 20 years working in the banking and financial industries. I switched to the mortgage industry nearly 10 years ago because I love the challenge it presents in helping my clients achieve their goals.

I like the professionalism and great team attitude everyone has at VIP. The business philosophy and attention to customer satisfaction is unmatched in this industry.

I was born in Louisiana and moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1983. Until 1991, I stayed at home to raise my two daughters and four step children. Then in 1992, I reentered the workforce and worked for a variety of industries before spending nearly seven years in the lending field.
I joined the VIP team in 2011 and feel very at home here in the company. Everyone is so nice and helpful and share the same philosophy in service as I do. It’s a pleasure to come to work every day and I’m proud to be part of this team.
In my free time, I love to cook and enjoy watching football and baseball.
With a degree in music education, who knew I’d wind up here? I began my career as a school teacher, before leaving the teaching profession to work as a regional sales manager for Target for 17 years. It wasn’t until 2005 that I started processing loans. I passed the California real estate exam and began originating loans as well.
I believe that customer service is the most important part of my job. My motto is: I want your business for life! A lot of my business is first time home owners, so I take my time explaining the process, helping to ensure they understand every piece of the puzzle. My goal is make them comfortable with me, have a wonderful experience, and to know they are getting the best service available so they’ll use me again.
I enjoy attending various workshops in the field to help further my knowledge, which in turn helps my customers. Married 26 years, we have three terrific sons who are very active in sports. I’ve coached little league and soccer, and for the past three years have been substituting part-time in local secondary schools.

I joined VIP with a background in residential construction but we share the same philosophy: creating a win-win situation for everyone involved.
Since joining VIP, I feel like I’ve been able to add a new dimension to my career while simultaneously sticking to my values in helping others achieve their goals. VIP has a family mentality that makes everyone feel like Very Important People – employees and clients alike.
I am married with a grown daughter and one grandson, who keeps me very busy in my spare time. I am very involved in our grandson’s school and also church youth activities.
I have been in the lending business as a contract processor for 10 years. Before joining VIP, I worked with large HMOs providing customer service support.
Customer Service is my “philosophy” and that is what my work history reflects. For more than 20 years I lived by the simple rule: the customer is always right. My goal is always to provide the best service possible.
So when I had the pleasure of meeting several of VIP’s executive team I knew that I had found a company that shared my beliefs. During orientation I asked, “What does VIP stand for?” and was pleased to discover the obvious: Very Important People. VIP believes in its people and is committed to creating a family environment in which we can lean on one another. I’m excited to be a part of this team.
I have been married for six years and have a terrific daughter named Devereaux , who recently joined the Air Force and I’m so very proud of her. As a true California girl, I enjoy the outdoors. One of our favorite trips is the annual camping trip we take each spring up to the Sierra’s.
Customer service and helping people has always influenced my career choices. Upon receiving my BA at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, I worked at a non-profit helping the Windsor communities recover from a massive tornado. I then went on to work as a personal banker, primarily focusing on 2nd mortgages. This is what sparked my interest in lending.
Since joining VIP, I’ve whole-heartedly embraced the “team” mentality throughout the company. It’s so apparent that every employee here is valued and is treated like part of the family. For me, customer service is about treating others how you would like to be treated and VIP shares that common value and strives to always do what is best for the client.
My philosophy: Put myself in the client’s shoes. VIP creates an environment where we are truly able to serve our clients using this philosophy.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and two cattle dogs. We live in Denver, CO and this fall, I will start coaching after-school lacrosse for high school students.
Born, raised and schooled in Southern California, I have been a mortgage originator for 13 years with 15 years experience in the industry. I graduated from Damien High School in La Verne and attended the University of San Diego, majoring in biology.
Working at VIP is the full package. I enjoy the support not just from the staff, but also all of the agents company wide. Everything is out in the open and so accessible. The tools provided by the company are unlike any other I have worked with. They truly allow me to do the job I set out to do every day.
My philosophy is simple: be approachable, available and brutally honest. Whether it’s with my clients, other agents or family and friends, I find honesty is always the best policy.
I don’t have a family of my own, but enjoy spending time with my ‘roughneck’ brother, who works on oil and natural gas rigs, and my mother, a real estate agent. I volunteer my time to Operation Community Cares, an organization that provides care packages to military serving overseas. The group also raises money for local causes ranging from homeless charities to children with special needs.

The total support of all teams involved here make things run smoothly.
As a senior laon consultant, I try to use my experience in the business to help each customer as if it was my own transaction. VIP’s philosophy reflects this same simple concept and that is everything.
In my free time, I am a big sports fan, playing basketball whenever possible. I have two grown children that live with me in California. And I have two sisters and four nieces back in my native Michigan.

My goal is to make sure the loans are processed quickly and accurately, and I treat every loan as if it were my own, taking care of customers the way I would want to be treated myself. That is what appealed to me about working for VIP – we share a similar customer service philosophy and always put the customer first. At VIP, you are a person, part of the family, part of the team and not just an employee.
I am an Arizona native and have been married for 29 years – yes! To the same man, who is now retired from the Air force. We have one daughter and three grandsons. I have a special hobby at my house – a makeshift farm with llamas, goats, sheep, a potbelly pig, chickens, ducks, a miniature donkey and a tortes named Ruffus. They are all my babies.
I’m a Southern California native and acquired my real estate license in 1997. Having worked in a variety of the industry’s facets, I feel very fortunate to have landed at VIP, with its unmatched commitment to excellence and customer service. My passion for helping clients achieve their goals in home finance has made VIP a great fit for me as we share similar principles. With its transparent business model, competitive rates and state-of-the-art technology, VIP is unlike any company I’ve worked for.
The majority of my business is repeat clients and referrals, which speaks for itself. Additionally, however, I also provide mortgage commentary on the L.A. Angels Baseball Radio Station. I’m committed to providing my clients with the highest level of professionalism, honesty and reliability and have found a solid partner in VIP. Their dedication to restoring the reputation and integrity of the mortgage industry is unparalleled.
My wife and I are proud parents of three wonderful children and when I am away from the office I enjoy the outdoors, coaching my son’s baseball teams, playing softball, golfing, fishing and snowboarding.

The mortgage business has been a part of my life for a very long time. My mother’s a 40-year veteran in real estate, and I, myself, have been in the business for 13 years. I have experience in all the major areas of the industry from privately held banks, large corporate lending institutions to running my own brokerage for six years.
My customer service philosophy is an oldie but goodie: Treat your customer as you would want to be treated yourself. It’s a common idea here at VIP; a family of hard workers who share the same basic premise that the customer comes first – always. They are the best mortgage operation I have ever worked for. Besides being proactive and efficient, they are loyal and genuinely care about the clients they serve. They walk the walk!!
Personally, I am an avid golfer and surfer. I’ve lived in Southern California my entire life, except for in college when I earned my BA in History with a minor in Political Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson. I feel very blessed and grateful to live in this incredible beach community with my wife and three daughters.

I have been in the mortgage and banking industry for more than 20 years, with the majority of those years in management. While overseeing people, it became very apparent to me what matters most in this business – meeting clients’ expectations, whatever those might be. By asking my clients the right questions from day one, managing those expectations becomes much more efficient and smooth. Day one quality is most essential in order to ensure every loan closes on time.
In VIP, I have found a partner who understands this philosophy. The integrity of the people is top notch. The customer always comes first and it’s our job to perform for them on a daily basis. With home ownership typically being the biggest investment most people make, their dreams are in our hands, and we don’t take that lightly.
In my free time, I coach my 11-year-old son’s football team and spend time with my 16-year-old daughter as well. I also enjoy reading and playing golf.

I began my career as a loan processor in 1994 and in 1998, began originating loans. I love doing what I do and am committed to understanding each individual I serve on a one-on-one basis to ensure the best loan program available.
I believe the key to success is honesty and integrity and with VIP’s support, I am able to uphold these standards and give my clients the highest level of service. With everything done in house, this full-service operation creates better efficiencies and smoother transactions, helping my clients come out on top. Our clients are not just a number. We are committed to building relationships with people – Very Important People.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, plus learning to cook, reading and traveling.

Since moving to Arizona in 2005, I have worked with a variety of financial institutions in the Valley, continuing to learn and grow in this ever-changing business. While understudying with Jim Kaiser – a 30-year vet in the business – the most important thing I’ve learned is to always be available to your clients. 24/7! This is key to successful customer service and making a lasting impression on your client.
That is why VIP has had such a strong influence on my budding career. Here, everyone is family, including the borrower. Everyone is committed to making the clients experience the best – to exceed their expectations. With the best tools and technologies, VIP stands apart from its competitors and I’m proud to be a part of this family.
Today, besides being an avid soccer player, I enjoy coaching another sport – golf – at a local valley high school.
As a seasoned Mortgage Loan Officer for over 9 years, I have practical experience working with many types of loans ... Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA. My philosophy is simple. I offer great customer service, clear communication and accessibility throughout the loan process. I've built my business loan by loan to create a foundation of positive testimonials. V.I.P. Independent Mortgage shares the same philosophy. I'm truly fortunate to be associated with them. They're a customer-first organization with the integrity, the experience and the service all home buyers deserve.
Outside of work, I'm President of my local Rotary club which allows me to be involved with many good works projects in the community. I'm also a foodie. My wife and I enjoy cooking, being part of a dinner group and most of all, spending time with our 11 year old daughter.

In 2004, I founded GR8 Homes Real Estate and Lending and spent three years growing the business before joining forces with a mortgage group. Staying true to my pledge – always invest 100 percent in delivering first class service – I joined VIP in 2011. With our similar philosophies, I embraced VIP’s “Raise Your Hand” policy, which ensures that everyone’s ideas are heard and valued, creating a dynamic, family environment our clients can know and trust.
I am a huge St. Louis Rams fan and take my two kids – Anyssa, 17, and Antony, Jr., 9 – every December to experience a live game at Edwards Jones Dome in St. Louis. I have coached little league for years and volunteer at school functions and the PTA, donating school supplies each year as well.
Born and raised in Minnesota, I moved to the southwest 22 years ago after marrying my wife. Having run my own business during a portion of that time, I’ve discovered what matters most in business – customer service, commitment and hard work. I believe that integrity is the greatest quality one can possess and that is why I’ve found such a welcoming partner in VIP. We are all committed to one common goal: completing your loan process with a funded loan in an agreed upon time frame.
In addition to processing loans for VIP, I am a real estate investor and residential rental property owner. I have a real passion for this industry and working with others who share this enthusiasm. I truly enjoy helping clients attain their dream of buying a home or investment property. I strive to educate and communicate freely with my clients so they thoroughly understand the process and have a great experience.
Outside of work, I’m actively involved in my church, as well as my community’s K-8 school board. I also enjoy hiking, golfing and off-road touring in my Jeep.
I have lived and breathed mortgages my entire life. Raised in the industry, both my parents owned and operated their own mortgage and real estate companies.
Having originated loans myself for nearly 20 years, I believe communication is key in today’s uncertain times. Here at VIP, the level of service and tools necessary to succeed are unparalleled in today’s mortgage industry. I think I’ve found my home for years to come.
Before joining VIP, I worked for the same California Empire Mortgage in a variety of capacities. I have two beautiful daughters: Ashley, 24 and Taylor, 4. Yep, that is not a typo! I enjoy boating, golfing and riding dirtbikes, and am a huge fan of USC football
I bring to my customers an array of experience in both the real estate and lending professions. Nearly 13 years ago, I graduated with an AA in Liberal Arts before selling real estate. In my rookie year I was named Employee of the Year and the following year won the Top Producer award.
In 2001, I decided to add loan origination to my repertoire and won several Top Producer awards as well. I opened my own branch of a local mortgage company in 2004 and then was recruited to manage another mortgage company in 2007.
Since joining VIP as a senior loan officer, I feel like I’ve found a partner that shares my same philosophy when it comes to customer service – always put the customer first. This is the golden rule and I have lived by this rule my entire life, bringing me an abundance of referral business that has helped me maneuver one of the toughest markets of our generation. With VIP, I’ve found the support and tools I need to continue to give my customers the best service out there.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my God child. I help coach his baseball team and fundraise for his football team. He keeps me very busy.

After graduating with a Business degree from the University of Oklahoma, I began my career in sales and sales management with the Xerox Corporation. After 12 years of corporate grind, my wife and I decided to move our family to Colorado where I spent the next decade in sales for the financial services industry.
It was in 1991 that I was introduced to the mortgage industry and realized this is where I could make the most impact on people’s lives. I spent two years as an LO before becoming branch manager. For nearly two decades I’ve juggled both hats, always striving to offer superior service to my customers. I’ve personally closed and funded more than $900 million in loans in my time and believe wholeheartedly that when you do what you say you’re going to do, in an honest, timely and trustworthy way, good things happen. Integrity matters, whether it’s for your clients, realtors, CPAs or lawyers—be true to your word.
I’ve been married for 45 years and have two sons and 4 grandchildren. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Golf Club, Denver Special Olympics and past BOD of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. I love giving back to my community.
I’ve spent a lifetime in this business – 35 years and counting. And I’ve learned a lot. From agent to owner, I’ve worked in nearly every aspect of the mortgage industry. Whether it’s with your clients or amongst your peers, I’m a firm believer that relationships are the key to any successful partnership.
V.I.P. builds upon this foundation of strong relationships. With solid communication and an open door policy, clients and employees alike know they are being heard and taken care of at V.I.P. Their ability to really listen to what is being said – it sets them apart, makes them unique.
My wife of more than 30 years and I enjoy being involved in the daily aspects of our children’s lives. We have a 30-year-old daughter, who is a nurse, an 18-year-old son, who just graduated from high school, and a 16-year-old daughter. Additionally, our 6-year-old grandson keeps us very busy. Outside of family, I coach Pop Warner football and love it. I love seeing the kids learn, excel and grow. Whether it’s my own or these kids – they all make me proud.
You could say I haven't led the traditional career path in life, having such experiences under my belt like competitive diver at the University of Indiana and skier at the University of Colorado. But new opportunities have always presented themselves to me through years of traveling—many of them in the real estate and sales industries.
While living in Hawaii for four years, I created an investment company focused on acquiring residential properties rising from lower to middle class due to development of up-and-coming neighborhoods. I spent some time in California as well before returning to Colorado.
With a very strong work ethic, I consider myself to be extremely dedicated, paying considerable attention to details and providing the highest standard of service possible. My No. 1 goal is always to live up to the standards set forth by my customers, considering if the roles were reversed I would expect that extra effort myself. I find VIP’s professional ism refreshing, exhibiting the highest level of commitment to its employees as well as its customers.
Most of my immediate family resides near me in Colorado and it has been a pleasure living so close to them for the past several years. I enjoy anything which keeps me active. Whether it’s skiing, mountain biking – I love it all.

For nearly a decade, I’ve helped my clients realize the American dream of home ownership. I’ve worked in the mortgage industry for eight years specializing in private/hard money. I’ve built my business by prioritizing good communication skills – always keeping the customer in the loop and making sure they are fully informed. The industry is volatile and the process, complex – however, keeping the client informed is of the utmost importance.
Since joining V.I.P., I always feel confident they’ve got my back. I have all the tools and technology necessary to succeed without that overwhelming corporate feeling. There is a genuine team feeling that’s attractive, without corporate hoopla.
Outside of work, I enjoy working with kids. I’ve participated in the Big Brothers program, Junior Achievement and youth groups for Greek American teenagers.

With 16 years in the mortgage industry – 10 of which I owned and operated my own company – it’s safe to say I’ve seen it all and learned a lot. Primarily, lenders must be thorough. Today’s market is competitive, and we’re expected to have more knowledge and more diligence than ever before. At V.I.P., we walk the walk and believe in taking customer service to a whole new level. It’s not about closing a loan and moving on to the next one. It’s about expectations, performance and taking care of the customer.
V.I.P. is “More Than Lending”—meaning we educate our clients about the loan process, the various loan programs that are available to them and assist them in their decision making process, while obtaining their financial goals at the same time. Our rates our unbeatable and the ‘get it done’ attitude exhibited throughout the company trickles down from the very top.
My wife of 18 years and I have three beautiful children that keep us very busy. Whether we are transporting them around to various school functions and after-school activities or spending quality time together – being with them is the highlight of my life. I also enjoy volunteering as a coach for my kid’s basketball team.

I’ve been in this business for nearly two decades, working both as a processor and a loan originator. I believe giving customers personalized service and paying attention to details, guarantees a problem-free experience. In today’s lending market, details are everything. Making sure we are going that extra mile for our clients, managing expectations, explaining the smallest details – this is all critical to ensuring a great mortgage experience that’s going to keep my customers coming back for life.
V.I.P. shares this same attitude and philosophy, making it an incredible working environment to be a part of. We all pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and embrace one another’s success.
Married for 21 years, I have a daughter in college. I enjoy playing golf, sports in general and taking care of my two pugs.
I am a third generation native of Colorado, with deep family roots in the post-WWII development of the Denver area. My BS in Business came from the University of Colorado and led me along the career path as a business manager and owner for more than 15 years.
My success in business comes from a ‘customer first’ philosophy and assembling a team around me that treats clients with professionalism and respect and is dedicated to the same end result. Clearly, V.I.P. mirrors this type of team and knows how important it is to have professionals all working toward a common goal.
When away from work, my time is spent being a father to four wonderful children. Other passions include involvement in my children’s education, which led me to serve on the school board of a local charter school as Board President. During my tenure, I oversaw a $6 million bond issue to fund a land purchase and the construction of a permanent facility for the charter school.
My passion for people, problem solving and customer service have served me well and continue to be my guide in the residential lending industry.
With more than a decade in this industry, I pride myself on getting to know my customers well. I work to understand their history, their financial goals – both short and long term, as well as what type of service they are looking for. Many of my customers over the years are first-time home buyers who need the extra guidance. To me, this makes all the difference in ensuring a smooth and timely closing. Helping these people achieve the American dream is a gratifying feeling.
I’m a native of Tucson, and am raising my two children here as well in Old Pueblo. I am deeply rooted in the Tucson community and have a true understanding of the real estate and mortgage environment here. Although times are hard, and the industry has changed a lot over the years, I remain steadfast in my commitment to outstanding customer service, guidance from application to closing and most importantly, setting my customers’ expectations. I share V.I.P.’s vision to restore the integrity and reputation of the mortgage business, one customer at a time.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my kids and running, reading and going to the movies.
I’m a Tucson native with 15 years experience in the mortgage industry. From loan origination to operations and management – I’ve done it all and am accustomed to working in fast-paced environments juggling multiple projects and prioritizing deadlines. I’m passionate about helping home buyers and owners through the difficult process, and believe that proper communication and attention to detail is what makes for a happy customer.
In my free time, my wife and I stay busy raising our four children. We enjoy hiking and camping and spending time outdoors.

I have enjoyed mortgage lending in the Colorado Springs/Colorado community for over 15 years now. After obtaining a Finance degree from the University of Northern Colorado in 1997, I went to work for a small family based Mortgage Company. There I learned the importance of client relationships, and the value of following through on promises made. Having successfully negotiated the housing market challenges over the past few years, I feel I have gained knowledge of the industry that sets me apart from other mortgage bankers.
I enjoy spending as much time with my family as possible (coaching, camping, fishing and biking). The joy of being a father of two is something I never imagined would be so rewarding. I have a true passion for the Colorado backcountry and try to escape to high elevations as often as work allows. As well as getting outdoors, my wife and I run the local family support group for the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation. We find great joy in supporting newly diagnosed families through very challenging times.
Having seen the industry head in a direction of larger is better, and decreasing standards, I was looking to align myself with a company that puts people and professionalism first. I feel that joining with the great people of VIP Mortgage Inc., I will be able to grow my business, and continue to supply a level of customer service that every client dreams of.
I spent 16 years in residential real estate before launching my mortgage career in 1992 with Waterfield Mortgage in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Since then, I have helped nearly 2,500 home owners secure financing. In today’s challenging environment, experience is essential and I’m proud to say I bring invaluable experience along with integrity and trust to every deal I close.
Working with V.I.P. has allowed me to have better control in how my clients’ loans are processed. With in-house processing, underwriting and closing, I’m involved every step of the way.
My wife and I raised four daughters and now have six grandkids. We enjoy taking everyone “RVing” and the two of us really enjoy golfing together as well.
Integrity has been the cornerstone of my business for more than two decades. My mission is to design the right mortgage for you and your family by building lasting relationships with my clients. I have the honor of counting many of my clients as close personal friends, and it is only natural to form lasting friendships while working together on the most important transaction you will make - purchasing a home for your family.
At V.I.P., I'm able to offer a wide range of loan products, competitive rates and flexible terms, as well as online tools. My goal is to help you find the mortgage solution that best fits your lifestyle and your budget.
I contribute my time to the community by supporting: housing agencies, school grant promotions to RFB&D (Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic), and as an advocate for Autism Rights. I am also a member of the East Colorado Springs Rotary Club, serving as president 2007-2008, as well as past president of the Rotary Champions Board.

Born and raised in Kansas, I moved to Dallas three years ago and definitely consider myself a proud
Texan. It’s hard to even remember my life in Kansas.
I’ve worked in the mortgage industry for more than 15 years, with the majority of my time spent in
processing. Seeing loans through from start to investor purchasing is an exciting process. Listening to my
customers and helping them realize their dreams is so gratifying, especially in these difficult times.
I believe 100 percent in V.I.P.’s mission: to restore the reputation of the mortgage industry, and I am
proud to be a part of this team, where everyone is like family.
Outside of work, I enjoy anything outdoors – especially skiing in the mountains of Colorado. As for
family, I have two brothers, but my heart belongs to my ‘son’ – a Morkie (maltese and yorkie) named
Iggy.
In my years of mortgage banking, I’ve come to realize that the largest role we play as lenders is underwriting analysis. This consists of reviewing a customer’s credit report, calculating income based off of the tax filings from employed and self-employed customers, as well as the assets needed to close. Our team takes the necessary steps to collect all of this information to determine qualification upfront, ensuring a smoother road to closing.
At V.I.P., these steps go a long way. We’re a tight unit, working as a team with a team attitude – always there for one another. We care about the individual, not just the loan, and we are here to exceed the expectations of everyone involved in the transaction.
I have a 3-year-old daughter that makes every day interesting. Raising her with her mother and watching her personality grow each day, there’s never a dull moment. In addition, I play men’s league softball and coach our competitive tournament team, which is one of the things I enjoy most. It never gets old and I will love it until I can no longer play.

I was born and raised in Wisconsin! I graduated with a BBA in May 2010 from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where I double majored in Accounting and Human Resources. After graduating, I worked in Madison for a third party administrator for a little over a year, specializing in COBRA and FMLA.
I’m super excited to join the V.I.P. family and believe my work ethic makes me a valuable part of this team. I love the company’s team atmosphere and the energy here is incredible.
Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. While traveling in Ecuador, I had the opportunity to try a native specialty of what appeared to be deep-fried guinea pig. I also enjoy singing, writing, and photography.
I have worked in the mortgage industry for nearly 10 years and believe that what we do here is invaluable because it’s all about someone’s HOME. There is so much pride and integrity that goes into my job. Being accountable to the clients I serve is not something I take lightly. And I love coming to work at V.I.P. because these same sentiments hold true for each and every one of my colleagues. We value the process as well as each other and feel equally important.
Outside of work, my teen-age son and I love watching shows and playing video games together. We also love amusement parks and roller coasters.
With more than 40 years in the business, I feel lucky to come to work every day and help people get better. We all dance to the same music at V.I.P. Mortgage. It’s a family and we treat every customer as if they are our only customer. We help them feel our care factor and we remember that our reputation follows us to the grave.
To work with Jay and my son Keith every day is a dream -come true. After getting both of them into the business years ago, it’s very rewarding to witness their personal growth as it happens. I’m blessed to be a part of their team and I strive to play in every game.
In my 12 years experience in this business, I've worked in wholesale, correspondent and for a brokerage company. I made my way up from administration through closing, funding, shipping then processing to my current position in quality control. I have a keen eye for details, which helps immensely in my job.
Working at V.I.P., I get a first-hand account of top-notch customer service. I've always prided myself on providing unparalleled service and to be backed by a team with the same vision and goals for success is a dream come true.
My past career is colorful; while working as a hairstylist for 24 years, I also served on the Fire Department's Auxiliary while my husband was a Volunteer Firefighter. In my free time, I enjoy crafts of all kinds, camping and spending time with my four kids and three dogs.
As a native of the Sonoran desert, I grew up on a small ranch outside of Nogales, Arizona. I spent the majority of my childhood playing soccer, football, and baseball all the through high school. Shortly after graduating I attended Pima Community College, completing my associate’s degree in science. I moved on to the University of Arizona, where I studied Spanish and business while also pursuing the sport of rugby.
I put my college studies on hold and took a job as a bilingual loan officer assistant at First Magnus Financial Corp. After a great two years I decided to enter the retail banking world. While working at Wells Fargo Bank as a personal banker I honed my customer service skills. I was also able to finish my bachelors in business through the University of Phoenix. Shortly after graduating, I was made an offer I could not refuse as a bilingual loan officer assistant with The Twin Team at V.I.P Mortgage Inc.
It’s a pleasure and honor to work around people who share the same work ethic and passion for service. I feel the customer should always be our first priority, because without them, there would be no need for service. We have a great family at V.I.P. and we work together to get the job done.
I am a native of Tucson, and after working in the mortgage business in the greater metropolitan Baltimore areafor many years, I feel so blessed to be raising my kids back here in the Valley.
Since 2000, I have helped fund more than $350 million in American dreams. With every dollar, my mortgage philosophy has remained the same—to put the customers needs first. I understand that one of life's most important investments is also one of the most intimidating. Through diligence and attention to detail, my focus is always on navigating clients through the process, breaking it down into understandable pieces, in hopes of leaving no questions left unanswered.
With twelve years worth of experience, I am equipped to handle multiple types of loans. I am well versed in conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans, in addition to reverse mortgage products. With V.I.P. at my back, our team of in-house processors, underwriters, and funders are all equipped to handle each step in the loan process, creating more timely and efficient home buying.
In my spare time, I'm actively involved in coaching kids sports, which affords me the wonderful opportunity to spend extra time with my two kids, Andrew and Natalie. My wife, Heather, and I also enjoy golfing, playing tennis and salsa dancing.
I have been passionate about the real estate and mortgage industry for more than 30 years. After receiving my bachelors at Cortland State University, my plan was to become a physical education teacher and coach. A chance encounter with the president of a major real estate company started my career as a specialist in co-op and condominium conversions in Manhattan. I worked there for 10 years before moving to Tucson in 1993. I immediately was drawn to Tucson's exquisite scenery and charm of the Old Pueblo.
While working for Long Realty, U.S. Homes recruited me for on-site sales at their new construction site. For more than a decade, I was a top producer and achieved recognition as an elected member of the sales advisory team.
Knowing what realtor's and clients needs are, as well as how to manage their expectations, I was invited to start a new career in the mortgage industry. I know what it means to provide incredible customer service and build valued relationships with the customers I serve. I hold myself accountable for providing reliable information and dependable service that has helped build my success along the way. I believe Ive found a team at V.I.P. that supports my delivery and breathes the same principles and ideas that show integrity.
My husband and I have one daughter, who is very active in softball. We spend the majority of our weekends traveling Arizona and the southwest with the USSSA Girls Fast Pitch Softball Team. We also love traveling to the White Mountains to ski, fish and relax. We are also proud season ticket holders for both basketball and football and the University of Arizona.
After receiving my bachelors from Wichita State University in 1991, I worked as a credit analyst before beginning my mortgage career with Waterfield Financial in 1996. While at Waterfield, I was named a top producer each year, and then continued this trend with other lending institutions – including Chase, Countrywide, and Envoy – as my career flourished.
In 2011, I joined V.I.P. to work alongside great friends and former colleagues, Kevin Bostad and Jack Teegardin. Here, I feel as if I’ve found team players, who share my same customer service philosophy and ambition to always exceed expectations. The family-friendly atmosphere within our company is like no other and I’m proud to be a part of this growing team.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and staying active. I, also, am involved at Watermark Community Church and serve as a leader of a men’s Community Group.

After pitching for the Chicago White Sox for seven years, I began my banking and mortgage career in 2006 as an executive and professional relationship banker at Alliance. From August 2009 until joining V.I.P., I served as sales manager at Gateway Funding, one of the country’s largest privately held mortgage companies. Here I received honors as a national top originator.
My focus is on developing personal relationships with clients to ensure I deliver what is best for each individual situation. I am active in the Tucson community with Project AMOR, Wright Flight, and my own children’s foundation. I am also an avid golfer and a member of the Oro Valley Country Club.
I live by the motto: Customer service is good, but customer loyalty is better.
Since 1998, I have built my business on giving personal service, which is increasingly lost in today’s lending world. From the smallest details to overcoming the unexpected challenges, I have made it my personal goal to reduce anxieties and stress for my clients often associated with purchasing a home.
I am a bi-lingual loan officer, and prior to joining V.I.P., I managed my company’s Spanish speaking department and instilled my strong work ethic on all of my employees. With extensive experience in various lending products and programs, along with down payment assistance programs and other financial support, I strive to find unique solutions that fit each client.
In addition, I have an honorable discharge from the U.S. Military and truly believe this path has led to much of my career success. I was top producer for seven years at Hamilton Mortgage and three years at Western Residential Mortgage. Looking ahead, I’m excited about all of the opportunities V.I.P. has to offer.
I’ve been happily married for 12 years, and as a father of five, one can imagine life is very hectic. My kids range in age from 20 to four years old. For the past 16 years, I have enjoyed assisting with the coaching needs of my kids’ sporting activities. I also enjoy traveling and exercising.
