I started out my journey in the real estate and mortgage industry in 1985 when I gained my first employment in the industry as an on-site property manager for a small, 25 unit apartment community. Over the next decade, that experience grew through the stages of property management to the management level position of District Manager overseeing in excess of 1500 units, across 5 states.
I earned my Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license in 1996 and Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license in 2003 (both currently inactive status). My broad spectrum knowledge of the real estate industry and deep interest in the financial side of the business naturally led me to expand in 2002 and partner in the opening of Ideal Mortgage Specialists in early 2002. I obtained an Arizona Mortgage Broker license in 2007.
I have spent the past nine years building loyal referral based relationships with clients and realtors by making it my goal to provide them with the best loan terms and service in the industry. Since making the decision in late 2009 to join forces with VIP Mortgage as an originator for the Southeast Valley branch and expand into the Mortgage Banking realm, my ability to serve that goal has intensified tenfold. The rates and service that VIP Mortgage supports lead the industry. That fact, coupled with my attention to every detail, makes for an extraordinary partnership.
