For most of those years I specialized as a Senior Processor and Conventional Underwriter, working in Bank Operations. My team concentrated on regions nationwide. We worked detailed and intricate loans such as the 203K Rehabilitation loans as well as the Construction to Perm loans. I have provided training courses for Operation units and Sales Teams to enhance customer service, communication skills, and product education.
