I moved to Arizona from Maine in 2005 and spent a few years as a Loan Officer and Loan Processor in the Phoenix metro area. After coming over to V.I.P. as one of the founding employees, I had the opportunity to move into Technical Support for the company. This was a great transition as I earned my degree in Computer Technology and hold certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft.
Without the customer, there would be no V.I.P. Mortgage, and taking care of them is the most important thing any of us could do.
I enjoy the great chemistry and teamwork that exists here. At a lot of work places, you can tend to feel like a caged bird, but at V.I.P. we are free to spread our wings and be creative and innovative to make it a better place to work and create a better experience for the customer.
